Unification is an invocation that allows a Miraculous owner to activate two Miraculouses at once.
Contents
Description
This power, when activated, allows the user to wield two active Miraculouses at once, giving the user access to the powers and tools of both. The user can unify their Miraculouses when they are already transformed with one, or activate both while they are still in their civilian form.
To activate this effect, the user must speak the names of the two kwamis whom he or she wishes to combine, followed by speaking the transformation phrase: "Unify". To deactivate this effect, the user must speak the detransformation phrase: "Divide".
But as seen with Cat Noir, in "Miracle Queen", the user doesn't need to fuse two Miraculous together with intertwining hands in order to achieve a fusion form and with Gabriel in "Truth", as he was able to achieve a fusion form just by wearing two Miraculouses.
When the Miraculouses are used in unification, the weapon of one Miraculous can be combined with the superpower of the other jewel, creating a new effect.[1]
Using more than one Miraculous at a time requires the wearer to have the physical and mental resilience to handle the strain. It also comes with great risk; the Miraculous owner could also potentially "lose their mind". Marinette has a brief dizzy spell after she puts on every Miraculous in the Chinese Miracle Box, despite only activating one.

Trivia
- If the Miraculouses of Plagg and Tikki are unified, the holder can get the Ultimate Miraculous Absolute Power.
- So far, Marinette Dupain-Cheng has the most fusion forms: Multifox, Multinoir, Multibug, and Dragon Bug.
- She and Adrien Agreste are the only known Miraculous holders to use fusion forms.
- She and Adrien Agreste are the only known Miraculous holders to use fusion forms.
- In "Miracle Queen", Queen Bee attempted to use the Bee, Mouse, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Goat, Rooster, Dog, and Pig Miraculouses simultaneously; however, due to her not knowing the right commands (and the kwamis' refusal to share them) as well as possibly due to her lack of experience, she failed at unifying those powers and achieving a fusion form.
- It is unknown whether the Unified Miraculous Holders are still under the effect of the timer.
- Or if constantly fusing two Miraculouses or more will have lingering or harmful effects for the user or the kwamis.
- Throughout the show, there have been inconsistencies, with the division phrases. In "Kwamibuster", Multinoire and Multifox say the name of the kwami they want to keep first, and the one they want to divide second. In the same episode, Multibug only says the name of the kwami she wants to divide, and in "Miracle Queen", Dragonbug and Snake Noir say the names of the kwamis they want to divide first, and the name of the one they want to keep second.
