The Ultimate Miraculous Absolute Power or Reality Alteration is the special superpower of Gimmi, the Kwami of Reality. It can be obtained by whoever wears both the Ladybug Miraculous and Cat Miraculous, and tells the kwamis to reveal themselves, then commanding the kwamis to fuse together to make a new entity called "Gimmi".
This power was the reason why Gabriel Agreste desired to, and eventually did, acquire Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculouses, to bring back his wife Emilie from her coma by taking her to the afterlife.

As seen in "Re-creation", this power is capable of granting the user any one wish, be it immortality, vast wealth, or even if the user simply wants to change the color of something. It is described by Wang Fu as "the ultimate power, the one that shapes reality".
In "Ephemeral", Sass and the other Kwamis reveal that this power works by literally destroying the entire universe and recreating it. Sass uses an example by comparing the world to a notebook where everything is written in blue; if one wants to rewrite it in a different color, one would first need to erase everything before it is rewritten. However, no one knows exactly what that new world will be like.

Aside from causing the actual end of the world, this power has one known downside; the universe is balance, and therefore the universe needs to maintain a state of balance between creation and destruction. This means that there is a price to pay for every wish granted; for every sick person cured, another person would fall ill, and for every villain defeated, something equally terrible would be created somewhere else in its place. For example, if a robot like Markov wished to become a human, then someone else would have to lose their humanity in return and become a robot, or if someone wished for garden peas to turn red, then strawberries would have to turn green.[2][3][4]
To activate the power, the user, while wearing both the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses, must have both Plagg and Tikki reveal their true forms by giving them the command: Tikki, Plagg, Reveal Yourselves. The two kwamis will transform into their true large, god-like forms. The user must then give the command: Gimmi, Reveal Yourself. Tikki and Plagg will then join hands and merge together to form into a new entity: Gimmi, the Kwami of Reality. While Gimmi is present, the symbol of the Order of the Guardians appears on the ground beneath the user, spanning a few meters in diameter with the user themself at the center. The perimeter around this symbol forms a barrier around the user that no one outside can penetrate. The user must then make an offer with Gimmi, describing their wish and offering their sacrifice. When Gimmi grants the user's wish, a white void envelopes the universe, destroying it before it is re-created in accordance with the user's wish.
In "Miraculous Paris" the Tikki and Plagg of the Re-Verse were unable to combine into Gimmi after they revealed themselves, due to seals placed on their mouths by The Supreme.

- It is implied that the Absolute Power has been used before, since the power has a description in the Miraculous spellbook, and the Kwamis and the Order of the Guardians have knowledge of its effects.
- This would imply the current Quantic Universe is not the original to exist.
- This is later confirmed by the kwamis in an alternate timeline where Gabriel is able to obtain the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses and start granting his wish, as they lament it is happening again.
- In "Re-creation", Gimmi was exasperated that Gabriel was "another complainer" and said that "humans only ever summon them to complain". This implies that Gimmi has been summoned multiple times in the past, and by extension the Quantic Universe has been destroyed and re-created just as many times.
- It is unknown who would remember the erased universe, aside from the Kwamis, apparently, and what they would remember, aside from the power being used and its effects, for it to be mentioned in the Grimoire. It's possible that the kwamis have told the Order of the Guardians about the change. However, it's possible that, depending on the wish, people are able to retain their memories.
- In "Re-creation", after Gabriel's wish was granted, people still remembered his life and Monarch. Marinette herself still knew that Gabriel was Monarch and that he made his wish. - Despite their desires to use the Absolute Power, some characters should have used or could have used other means to achieve their wish as an alternative to the Absolute Power:
- After obtaining the Rabbit Miraculous and following Nathalie's suggestion, Gabriel tries to change his wife's fate (and by extension Nathalie's) by going back in time to give his younger self the recipe to fix the damaged Peacock Miraculous before Emilie can use it. He fails to do it after being tricked by Ladybug, Cat Noir and Canigirl and lose the Rabbit Miraculous.
- Despite having as an objective to acquire the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses to build his perfect world, Argos came up with an alternative plan in case he couldn't get them. Using his Peacock Miraculous, he would transform the world using the power of Red Moon to get rid of everyone that he deemed unworthy. He gave up on that idea after seeing the consequences of his actions and the danger of him losing control of his power.
- Had Gabriel and Félix been more willing to talk to Ladybug, Cat Noir and the Guardians instead of trying to capture and steal from them then they would've been more willing to help him.
- It's unknown what wish Gabriel asked Gimmi, as he asked the kwami of reality to read his heart to know his wish, but it's known that it involved healing Nathalie at the cost of his remaining life.
- It's also unknown the true extension of Gabriel's price, as he asked Gimmi to read his soul to know what he was willing to sacrifice for his wish.
- Even without the Absolute Power, its balancing effect still persisted:
- When Marinette and Adrien surrendered their jewels in "The Kwamis' Choice", Monarch's target was changed, but not his objective.
- When Adrien "lost" his family: his mother and father, he gained a "new" one, his aunt, cousin, and the Miraculous Team.
- By sacrificing himself to heal Nathalie, Gabriel set the stage for a new villain to rise: Cerise, who was able to get his Butterfly Miraculous.
- In a desperate bid to heal his pain, Gabriel spread pain and misery to everyone else.
- For Adrien to get his freedom as Cat Noir, the people of Paris including his own partner were restricted of their own freedom.
- Felix at the price of getting his freedom with Peacock Miraculous he restricted everyone else's even further.
- But in getting the Peacock Miraculous, Felix had his freedom as a sentimonster but Adrien didn't as long as he didn't his amokizated object.
- Despite Felix trying to save himself from being erased out of existence with the Peacock Miraculous he forget that the Rabbit, Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses could do that too.
