So I guess you either want another new character or you want Adrien to be forever alone, right?
Yeah, because Kagami is a psycho (in oni chan) , and I don't like how Adrien picked Kagami even after all the affection he's shown to Marinette. He shouldn't be with Marinette either because Marinette becomes so fake when Adrien's around without even knowing(shown in desperada), and Adrien doesn't treat Marinette right, it's like he's playing with her feelings without even knowing. Imo, Luka and Marinette should get together. Actually, Adrien and Kagami deserve eachother (sarcasm) so ig B, even though I don't ship him with nobody.
It's silly to say that Kagami is a psycho in Oni-chan when she spends most of the episode brainwashed and akumatized. And akumatized victims act the same way.
No, I meant right before she gets akumatized
But she didn't do nothin before then...
When she saw the photo of Lila kissing Adrien on the cheek, she threw her phone across the ground, she took out that flower that Adrien gave her, this girl saved it and sealed it and put it in the notebook and she ripped the photo her whole fencing class took to where it was just her and Adrien. The girl also cut down a tree with that stick of hers. All that because of a kiss?! I get that he's her crush, but sheesh, it's not like she's in a relationship with him yet so why react like that? Makes me think of how she'd react if Adrien started going out with someone other than her. She gives me yandere/pyscho vibezz.
Although cutting a tree might be seen unnecessary, it's actually more understandable, and let me guess that Miraculous Ladybug also fixed that.
Also, let me remind you that back then in a Frozer episode, Adrien was heart-broken because of his "crush". I would say that Kagami didn't feel comfortable about breaking's Adrien heart. At first, she probably thought it's Marinette who was the reason, she clearly realised that Marinette is just hesitating, so she gave her the advice to stop hesitating or she'll take care of Adrien and will do it better than her (yeah, it doesn't sound right, but if both Adrien and Marinette are hurting because of each other, it's better to separate them). Adrien decided to not quit even if Kagami since this episode (since Riposte they were just friends, it's a Frozer that for real started Adrigami, before that I doubt Kagami would think of Adrien as a potential boyfriend since she isn't sociable either and wouldn't quickly catch on the fact that Adrien might be crushing on her, but after that rose, everything changed and this rose is the reason why she's so determined) developed feelings for him, but accepted that and informed that she'll always be there for him, so she was.
Their relationship developed as Backwarder and Animaestro episodes happened, but I would even say that by that time they were just friends and only got to know each other more rather than straight away being each other's date. However, Kagami still developed feelings for him and begun more cautious about her love rivals, since both Chloe and Marinette tried to sabotage them.
In Onichan everything changes drastically to the point that at the moment Kagami might just not have control in herself. She saw Lila photo and she thought that she's either Adrien's admirer who's using him to get more popularity, or either the real crush that is just abusing and playing with him, guess it's basically the same thing. No wonder she got angry, it wasn't about jealousy, but about the fact that while she can treat Adrien way better and deeply cares for him, Lila would only hurt him and use his status for her own sake, and Adrien would let her do that. Kagami just couldn't bear the fact that the boy she likes is in such an abusing relationship or even in this kind of situation, where all girls that Adrien might be interested in (besides Kagami of course) would be terrible girlfriends to him, while she would just watch how they're hurting him. No wonder she got angry. Of course, I get why you would think that Kagami is psycho since she was able to cut a tree with a wooden stick, which is kinda impressive, but still pretty scary, but I would say that actually Kagami's rage was rather normal teenage fury (teenagers can also do something similar if they're also angry and sad you know, it's not just psychopathic trait and teenagers still aren't at the best with controlling their emotions) I would call Kagami psycho if she would try to hurt somebody else while in rage, but she didn't so far, all her victims are either akumatized (she tried to attack Desperada, but I would say it was actually more of a heroic act and since Desperada was super at the moment, she wouldn't die) or just trees, but it still excusable, especially when magical ladybugs would fix it anyway.
I would say that Kagami is probably one of the most relatable characters in the show(at least in my case, I could still be wrong, but when you got to know Kagami better, you see that she isn't so indifferent).

as a scorpio I can relate to kagami, I actually kinda got annoyed how kagami did one time.. very embarrassed by it but everything you said about kagami is very true. I pity kagami and luka in a way, they were introduced into the show for no real reason if everyone still ships adrien and marinette (as they are destined for eachother in the future or made for each other or something).
Kagami's role I first thought was kinda motivation for marinette to act on her feelings after, frozer and especially puppetteer, but when marinette blew her chance and it kinda seemed like she gave up, after seeing heart hunter also, maybe kinda accepted lukas feelings too.
Idk I really want to see where season 4 takes them

Although I'm Libra, I can also relate to Scorpios in a way (my mother is scorpio, so that's probably the reason, even if I they don't really believe in astrology) so for me, Kagami is the most relatable character in MLB (at least in my case).
It was implied that both Kagami and Luka are more than just alternative love interests, in fact they're more of obstacles (obviously), but indeed they're far more than that. Season 3 already proved that Kagami isn't just another Adrien's crazy gal. I would say it's Luka who really has no real reason to be around, unless to put smile in our faces (I mean, it's atcually hard to hate him and even if his character feels fake, still he's pretty likeable and it's ot like his existence is a misunderstanding, he isn't just relatable or realistic actually), however I do hope it will also change in season 4, even for a little bit.

Yeh I agree, Kagami is no longer a random character, Luka is but I think for the time being that's because his presence doesn't change anything.
Like he doesn't make Adrien jealous, but he also doesn't get jealous because of Adrien. Which is definetely unrealistic. Which is why Luka isn't hated, as some people get annoyed with Kagami for "interferring" with Adrien and Marinette. Luka is calm and doesn't mind which way it goes.
I definetely think that Luka will grow more as a character next season. I'm hoping maybe they go to high school or something, bc pretty sure they are actually still in middle school and maybe luka will be at their high school and they'll see Luka more often. Maybe they'll meet Lukas friends and if Lukanette does happen even for a short while maybe it'll have some effect on the love square this time. Like how some people believe the love square will swap around and ladybug will like catnoir and adrien will like marinette. (something like that)
I really want that to happen
