|This article is about a Ladybug from feudal Japan. You may be looking for another Ladybug.|
Tentomushi had long dark hair, which she tied back into a ponytail, and dark eyes.
She wore a haori with stitching near the sleeve hems and hakama, along with the Ladybug earrings. Underneath her haori, she wore a sarashi while holding a tessen in her hand and a naginata on her back.
She wore a red shinobi shōzoku with black dots and black edges around the jacket garment and belt. Her hooded cowl covered most of her face except her eyes. Over her upper arms, and over the front and backsides of her hands, she wore black bracelets, and on three fingers of her left hand, she had a nekode
If this past Ladybug Miraculous holder had the same powers as the current Ladybug, she had enhanced abilities and the superpowers Lucky Charm and Miraculous Ladybug. She also had the yo-yo for a weapon. She also used a nekode, as seen in a drawing.
- Feri González revealed the character as her tenth Inktober drawing, noting that she was created by Thomas Astruc.
- Tentomushi (天道虫) means "ladybug" in Japanese.
- She is the first Miraculous holder seen with an additional weapon, her nekode, preceding La Coccinelle with a rapier and Ladybug with Kagami's saber in "Riposte".
- Similar to the Chinese Miraculous holders, it's likely she and Sasuke Sarutobi knew each other.
