Sophie (called Sarah in "Gabriel Agreste") is a maid and waitress at Le Grand Paris and the restaurant on the Eiffel Tower.
Season 1[]

In "Pixelator", while Caline Bustier is speaking, Sophie teaches Sabrina Raincomprix how to make a bed as the latter's class is having a work experience field trip at Le Grand Paris. After finishing the bed, everyone notices Ivan Bruel and Alix Kubdel having a pillow fight. Miss Bustier then tells them that they would be graded on their efforts, which would determine if they pass or fail. As the two students start to pick up after themselves, Sophie and Sabrina giggle.

In "Timebreaker", Sophie is seen waiting tables in the restaurant inside Le Grand Paris.
In "Guitar Villain", Sophie is seen existing an elevator as Marinette Dupain-Cheng enters at Le Grand Paris.
In "Kung Food", Sophie is seen standing outside of Le Grand Paris with Armand as Alec Cataldi is talking to the camera. She is later seen in the lobby when a cameraman is running to get out of the building, before the titular villain pours indestructible caramel over the entire building, trapping everyone inside.
Season 2[]

In "Despair Bear", Sophie is seen serving drinks to Max Kanté and Lê Chiến Kim at Le Grand Paris for Chloé Bourgeois' party.
In "Robostus", Sophie was in the kitchen of the restaurant inside Le Grand Paris when the titular villain brings numerous mechanical devices in there to life and they start to revolt against humans, causing Sophie to run away in despair.
In "Queen Wasp", Sophie was one of the many people who were paralyzed in the Le Grand Paris' lobby by the titular villain's army of paralytic wasps.

In "Malediktator", Sophie and Armand pack Chloé and Audrey Bourgeois' bags when they decide to move to New York and leave Mayor André Bourgeois behind in Paris. Soon, up on the roof of Le Grand Paris, Sophie, Armand, and the building's doorman wave as Chloé and Audrey leave for the airport on a helicopter. They all then leave as André falls to his knees.

In "Santa Claws", on Christmas Eve, Sophie and Armand serve Chloé and André their Christmas dinner in the restaurant inside Le Grand Paris. Later on, Sophie watches as Chloé is about to open up her many present. However, soon the titular villain arrives and she falls down to floor thanks to the impact.
Season 3[]
In "Chameleon", while working as a waitress at the Eiffel Tower, where a selection of seafood is being served, Sophie jumps down for cover as the titular villain, in the body of Cat Noir, is tricked by Ladybug into using Cataclysm on the ground below them, which caused them to fall. Sophie then watched from a corner as Ladybug grabbed an oyster and puts it in front of Chameleon's mouth, causing her to take on its form and the real Cat Noir to show up.
Soon, Ladybug gives Sophie the villain and her Lucky Charm, which was the T-shirt, and she opens the oyster with the oyster shucker, revealing a black pearl inside it. Sophie then watched as Ladybug broke the pearl, purified the akuma, and returned everything to normal with her Miraculous Ladybug. She also witnessed the villain transforming back into Lila Rossi.
In "Heart Hunter", Sophie is seen preparing the tables for André and Audrey's 20th wedding anniversary on the rooftop of Le Grand Paris.
Season 4[]
In "Gabriel Agreste", outside of the Agreste mansion, Sophie is angrily waiting for Armand to arrive. Soon, another waiter comes along, introducing themselves as Marino, saying that Armand was sick and that he was taking over for him. Sophie then introduced herself and explained that they have to be "invisible" and the only contact that need to make with Gabriel Agreste is to take their fingerprints at the entrance.
Sophie tells him that their only here for food prep in the kitchen and overseeing the children. She hands a small box to Marino and she takes a heavy box. However, Marino puts the small box down and takes the heavy box from Sophie, saying "I've got the muscles." Sophie then enters the mansion and gets her fingers scanned.
Soon, Sophie comes out of the kitchen to find Marino watching the children. Despite Marino saying that he can take care of watching the children because he's always been good with kids, Sophie angrily tells him to stay in the kitchen. They both then go into the kitchen, only for Marino to quickly make a mess. Sophie tells him the he can be in charge of the children instead. After awhile, Marino comes back to the kitchen and puts a cardboard box on his head, to Sophie's confusion.
Later, after Collector arrives and causes a commotion, Sophie comes out of the kitchen, holding a broom to defend herself, with Placide I.T. She then teams up with him and Kagami Tsurugi to attack the villain. A fight between them and Collector then breaks out, with the villain ending up capturing them all on his tablet. After Collector is eventually defeated, Sophie and the others are freed by Ladybug's Miraculous Ladybug.
In "Optigami", Sophie and Armand are seen serving food to the guest at Tour Montparnasse for the Fashion Icon Award from Style Queen.
Season 5[]
In "Adoration", Zoé Lee says hello to Sophie when she enters Le Grand Paris with Marinette. Sophie was a adjusting a plant on a table in the lobby. When she sees Zoé, she also says hello to her and asks her how she's doing.
