An instrumental is heard while Gabriel is cooking in "Illusion" and "Pretension".
In "Deflagration", it's played when Gabriel Agreste celebrates having discovered Scarabella and Kitty Noire's true identities through his Alliance ring.
It's also performed by Argos as he makes the people of Paris disappear with his sentimonster Red Moon in "Emotion".

- In "Deflagration", the song was not dubbed into English, and was retained from the original French version.
- According to Wilfried Pain it's because the French version is the international version and it should remain in French in all the series' dubs;[3] for example, this also occurs in the European Spanish and European Portuguese dubs of the episode.
- However, it is not known why the song has been dubbed in the Brazilian Portuguese and Catalan dubbings of the episode.
- Interestingly enough however, the show's dubs did dub the complete version of the song that is sung by Argos in "Emotion", such as the English version and internation dubbings.
- Argos's line of "All's not gold, that glitters" could be a reference to his late father Colt Fathom and his uncle as well.
