“ | Grah! Let’s cause some havoc! | ” |
—Roaar, "Crocoduel" |
Roaar[6] is the kwami of Exaltation[7] who is connected to the Tiger Miraculous.[8] With her power, Roaar's wearer can use the panjas braclet to transform into a tiger-themed superhero.
Roaar and her miraculous are currently owned by Gabriel Agreste, who uses it for evil purposes.
Appearance
Roaar is 10 centimeters (or 4 inches) tall[3] and dark magenta, the bottom of her face and her belly being a lighter shade, with light orange eyes and two pointed white teeth. She also has round black tiger-like ears, three vertical black stripes on the top of her head, and a whisker on each cheek. Lastly, she has a long tail with a round black tip and two black stripes below the tip.
Personality
Roaar is fierce and confident. She prefers her Miraculous to be wielded by a holder who is not afraid to raise their voice.
Still, she doesn't like for her holder to be rude, when being commanded by those who are demanding or impolite, Roaar will refuse help and criticize them on their recklessness, such as she did with Chloé.
Like all the other kwamis, she too has a deep sense of responsibility on how her powers should be used.
Roaar is also notably curious about human items, such as art supplies and technology.
Abilities
Roaar can fly, levitate, and phase through solid objects. She can also carry objects that are larger and/or heavier than herself.
As a kwami, Roaar is able to transform the holder of the Tiger Miraculous into a tiger-themed superhero. The wearer of the Tiger Miraculous gains the power to use Clout, a superpower that allows the user to gather a tremendous amount of energy into their fist and unleash a very powerful punch.

Trivia
- Roaar was first revealed from a second season trailer on August 31, 2017.[8]
- Tigers represent power, energy, and protection, among other things.
- Her name is a pun on "Roar".
- The tiger is the third animal of the Chinese zodiac.
- She is the second kwami based off of a cat following Plagg.
- In the English dub, Roaar was originally given a masculine voice which was first heard in "Sandboy". However, as of "Miracle Queen", the tiger kwami now speaks in a feminine voice.
- Roaar's Brazilian Portuguese voice, much like the English one, is masculine. However, unlike in the English dub, the Brazilian Portuguese dub kept the masculine voice through out the series.
