Reflekdoll was the titular main antagonist of the episode "Reflekdoll".
She was a baby doll-like sentimonster manifested by Mayura for Reflekta from her frustration and misery over her not being able to allow herself to be in the spotlight in the episode of the same name. She temporarily went berserk because of Lady Noire's Cataclysm, but was defeated by Mister Bug's de-evilization process.

Physical appearance[]
Reflekdoll's appearance was just like Reflekta's but in baby doll proportions. She resembled a baby doll made of circular interlocked pieces. The head was pale pink with two dark salmon circles on the cheeks and lips. The "hair" was hot pink with cylindrical, semicircle-tipped protrusions, and there was a white compass-like design on the forehead with a pink border and a red circle in the middle. Her skirt and blouse were both hot pink with rose-colored jagged lines bordered by white. The torso was metallic gray. The arms and legs were both pale pink. There were purple stripes on the legs just above the hot pink shoes.

Reflekdoll could shoot giant beams from her mouth which turned people into copies of Reflekta, much like Reflekta's own ability.
