In "Catalyst", after witnessing Volpina's illusion, feeling her sadness at the "defeat" of heroes, a scarlet akuma entered his cellphone, causing it to become akumatized object of scarlet version of Gorizilla.

In the first five seasons, Placide's cellphone was black with white edges. It had three white-gray cameras on top, one camera on the bottom and another on the back of cellphone.
From season 6 onwards, Placide's cellphone has a black cover. On the side of the screen at the top it has a small round camera and on the back side at the top left it has four round cameras arranged in a square.
