Trivia

• When asked why the Halloween special is never produced, Thomas Astruc revealed that it's due to the show's budget. According to him, a Halloween special would mean multiple characters would have to wear a costume. But that would require the animators having to create new CGI models for each characters wearing their Halloween costume for the special, which is "too expensive" for the crew.
• Because it was announced prior to the Miraculous World TV movie series, it's likely the Halloween special was going to be an episode within a season like "Santa Claws" for Season 2 and not a standalone special like "Miraculous Shanghai".
