Kelly Baskin is an American actress and voice actress. She voices Clara Contard and Arlette in the English dubbed version of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.

Baskin has appeared in Hydra: Resurgence, Dr Liebenstein, The Rise of King Asilas, Doritos 3D Printer and Doctor Who the Reasoning: A New Era.
