Plot

Marinette is jogging over a bridge when she sees the ad for the Alliance rings. Tikki sees Adrien in the ad and tells Marinette that she thought Adrien was no longer a model. Marinette explains that it is just a digitized 3-D model of Adrien. When Marinette smiles at him, Tikki says that she is still in love with the real Adrien, but Marinette denies it since she almost lost all Miraculouses because of love. As she jogs ahead, she sees The Owl climbing on a billboard to rescue a cat. But the cat runs away, and The Owl loses his balance causing his mask to fall and break. Marinette runs to save him, but suddenly, a person wearing a Ladybug costume appears and saves him, almost falling in the process. When Marinette approaches both, she identifies the unknown person as Socqueline Wang, her former schoolmate. But Socqueline denies it, saying she is just a superhero and runs away, along with the Owl. Tikki asks Marinette whether she knows Socqueline, to which Marinette replies that she has to buy some paint, leaving Tikki more confused.

Marinette reaches home and asks her mother if she needs paint. She replies she has enough, but Marinette still goes to buy it. She arrives at Les Olympiades on her scooter and explains to Tikki that she thinks the other Ladybug is Socqueline Wang, her former schoolmate, and she wants to convince Socqueline to stop taking such risks. Marinette enters an art and craft store owned by Socqueline. Both greet each other, and Socqueline asks Marinette about her school life. Marinette replies that everything is fine and continues talking to her. Mr. Damocles enters the shop and begins searching for a new mask. Marinette indirectly asks Socqueline about her Ladybug activities, but she manages to dodge them. When Socqueline asks her the purpose of her visit, Marinette replies she wants some paint. Socqueline enquires about the paint stock with the help of the Alliance ring, and Marinette expresses her amazement at seeing an Alliance ring first time in person. Socqueline explains every feature of it and gives it to Marinette to try. Socqueline says that it is like a dream to have Adrien for herself. Marinette replies it's weird since there is hardly any difference between this Adrien and the real Adrien.

Socqueline expresses her surprise and asks if Marinette has met Adrien. Marinette replies that she is just his classmate. She proceeds to explain about Adrien, how she helped him to confront his father about modelling and how they become closer. When Socqueline suggests that Adrien and Marinette are together, Marinette denies it by saying they are only friends, just like Socqueline, who only helps her mother, to which Socqueline gets nervous. At this point, Mr. Damocles interrupts them while searching for a mask. Marinette tells Socqueline that, like Mr. Damocles is just a principal. She further says that nobody should try to be a superhero if they haven't any superpowers. Socqueline replies it could be a relief to Ladybug to have help. But Marinette denies it by saying that it is dangerous and that if they put themselves at risk, it would be riskier for Ladybug to save them. Mr. Damocles thinks Marinette is jealous of superheroes, which angers Marinette, and she exclaims that everyone should be happy with their normal life and not try to be a superhero. This statement subtly offends Mr. Damocles, which makes him sad. Seeing her outburst, Socqueline tells her that she will help Mr. Damocles to find his mask, and they can continue their discussion afterwards. Marinette goes behind a shelf and talks to Tikki about the possibility that the fake Ladybug was Socqueline. She proceeds to check Socqueline's Alliance ring for proof, despite Tikki's protests and finds a recording of the morning encounter, proving that the fake Ladybug was indeed Socqueline. Suddenly a news report pop-ups on the Alliance ring, showing Nadja Chamack reporting on flying dinosaurs created by Anne-Jeanne Théoxanne du Bocquale, who are creating havoc on Paris. Seeing this, Marinette transforms into Ladybug and swings away while still wearing the Alliance ring.

Back inside the store, Socqueline is helping Mr. Damocles to buy a new mask, but he is still upset about what Marinette said. He says what if he is doing more harm than help. Socqueline tries to cheer him up, but Mr. Damocles says it is all pointless. As he leaves, she gives a mask to him as a gift for being the principal of Françoise Dupont High School. He leaves the store as Marinette rushes back in, greeting him along the way. Marinette explains to Socqueline that she forgot to lock her scooter. Socqueline laughs at it and asks her to return the Alliance ring. As Marinette gives it to her, it suddenly activates and congratulates Marinette on covering a hundred and thirty kilometers in fifteen minutes, which hints toward her alter ego activities. Seeing this, Socqueline asks what she did to her ring. Marinette panics and says that she must have screwed up the controls. Socqueline believes it and proceeds to reset the settings.

Meanwhile, at Gabriel's atelier, Gabriel gets an alert on his Alliance ring, so he proceeds to his lair. On arriving, he asks the ring what happened. His ring avatar revealed to be his wife, Emilie, replies that superhuman capabilities have been recorded on Socqueline's Alliance ring, which is 135 kilometers covered between 11:02 am and 11:12 am. When he asks about Ladybug's latest appearance, she replies that it is of the same period. Seeing this, Gabriel believes that he has found Ladybug's real identity. He transforms into Monarch and listens to the civilians' negative emotions, and finds Mr. Damocles. Satisfied by his negative emotion, Monarch absorbs Kaalki, with the help of his Miraculous rings, and uses her power to create a Voyage portal, to send a Megakuma to Mr. Damocles' location.

At Les Olympiades, the Megakuma exits the Voyage portal and infects Mr. Damocles' mask. With the connection established, Monarch tells him that the girl who discouraged him from being a superhero is none other than Ladybug. When Mr. Damocles expresses his surprise, Monarch provokes him further by saying Ladybug and Cat Noir believe that only they have the right to be a superhero. But unlike them, Monarch likes to share, so he absorbs Daizzi and transfers the power of Jubilation to Mr. Damocles through the Alliance ring. After the transfer of power, Mr. Damocles transforms into Darker Owl; the powerful version of Dark Owl.

At the Arts and Crafts shop, Socqueline is resetting her Alliance ring. Marinette tries to leave, but Socqueline stops her and gives her the paint. As Marinette exits, Tikki complains that she didn't convince her friend to stop pretending to be Ladybug. Marinette replies how can she explain her without really unmasking her? But when Tikki glares at her, Marinette complies and returns to the store.

At the store, Darker Owl barges in and demands the Ladybug Miraculous from Socqueline since he believes her to be the real Ladybug. On seeing him, Socqueline quickly turns on her Alliance ring and records the part where she says that the Megakuma is in his mask. After that, she drops it and pushes it under a shelf. As Darker Owl chases her, she constantly denies that she is not Ladybug. Marinette arrives at the scene and she thinks that Monarch is after Socqueline since she has played Ladybug too many times. She runs away to transform into Ladybug. Darker Owl uses Gift on Socqueline to immobilize her. The Gift shows her an illusion of Ladybug and Cat Noir, who thank her for help. Darker Owl snatches her earring while she's trapped in the illusion. But he sees that the earrings are not the Ladybug Miraculous and realize that she is not the real Ladybug. Regardless, Monarch decides that she is still helpful to them. Ladybug arrives at the store but finds nobody. She sees that Socqueline's Alliance ring plays the recording while Darker Owl holds her hostage.

Meanwhile, in Adrien's room, which is in disarray for some reason, Adrien is sadly playing a video game while Plagg is playing with his Alliance ring. Suddenly the Alliance ring broadcasts a transmission of the Darker Owl. Through the transmission, he declares that he has Socqueline as a hostage, and she is hanging above a can of paint. He orders Ladybug and Cat Noir to bring their Miraculouses, or he will drop Socqueline below. As the transmission ends, Adrien transforms into Cat Noir.

At Les Olympiades, Socqueline is hanging upside down, struggling to break free. Ladybug arrives and begins to battle Darker Owl. Soon Cat Noir also enters the scene and warns Ladybug to be cautious. Suddenly, Darker Owl presses his remote control, which releases Socqueline from her captivity. Due to this, she begins to fall head first to the ground, much to Ladybug's panic. She yells at Cat Noir, and he jumps to save Socqueline. Ladybug uses Lucky Charm and gets an alarm clock, but when she uses her Lucky Vision, she finds nothing. Meanwhile, Cat Noir saves Socqueline and tells her to hide. As Darker Owl prepares to attack him with his hook, Ladybug warns him about it. As a result, both topple each other, much to Darker Owl's advantage. He quickly fires his gun with the Pig Miraculous’ power at Ladybug and Cat Noir, using the power of Jubilation.

Since both are hit by Gift, their greatest desire appears in front of their eyes. In their dream, Ladybug dodges the attack and throws the alarm clock at Darker Owl, which breaks his mask and releases the Megakuma. Ladybug captures it and de-akumatizes Mr. Damocles. They search for the Pig Miraculous, but find a fancy business card in Mr. Damocles' pocket. They see that it contains Monarch's address.

The scene shifts to Monarch's Lair, where Ladybug and Cat Noir simultaneously punch Monarch and knock him down. Ladybug triumphantly grabs the Butterfly Miraculous from him. Later at the Eiffel Tower, Ladybug puts all the stolen Miraculouses into the Miracle Box, and the Parisians cheer for the two heroes.

After that, they together visit the cinema and talk about Monarch's defeat and how they can continue their relationship since Monarch is no longer a threat. They are about to kiss when suddenly, a humongous alarm clock begins the ring, and Mr. Damocles yells at them to shut it off. While all this is happening, back in reality, Darker Owl slowly and menacingly approaches the two heroes to snatch their Miraculous. But due to the effect of Gift, the heroes are blankly staring at the ground.

Back in the dream, Ladybug shuts off the alarm clock, and she and Cat Noir finally kiss. The scene shifts to a church, where Ladybug and Cat Noir come out as newlyweds and the rest of the heroes are outside cheering for the two of them. Ladybug turns around and throws her bouquet behind her. But Rena Rouge catches an alarm clock instead and all the heroes cover their ears from the sudden loud ringing, and Rena Rouge shuts off the alarm clock. In back to reality, Darker Owl is only an inch away from Ladybug's Miraculous. Again back in the dream, the duo, along with some other heroes, are standing on the rooftops while a lot of alarm clocks fly in the sky. Cat Noir is holding a knapsack, which contains a baby. Ladybug gives him a milk bottle and warns him not to cataclysm the bottle. In reality, Darker Owl is slowly approaching her earrings.

In the dream, the duo are resting on a beach with their babies. Suddenly, the alarm clock begins to ring, but Ladybug shuts it off and continues to rest. The scene again shifts to Pont des Arts, where Ladybug secures the stroller’s seatbelt on one of the babies. Cat Noir hands her ice cream, and they share a lovely moment while watching the sunset. But Ladybug spits out a small alarm clock. She sees several giant alarm clocks ring behind the buildings, float by the river, and even the babies turn into alarm clocks. Ladybug realizes that everything is only temporary, a dream. She explains it to Cat Noir, who becomes heartbroken and devastated by this. Ladybug and Cat Noir share a kiss, due to which they wake up from the dream.

Back into reality, Ladybug has finally released herself from the dream and locks the Darker Owl’s arm behind him to keep him immobile. Still trying to win, the Darker Owl fires his hook gun and ricochets back at Ladybug, which she dodges quickly. The Darker Owl kicks Ladybug off the wall. Cat Noir charges towards the Darker Owl and furiously tries to cataclysm the Darker Owl for playing with his feelings. But with Ladybug's warning, Cat Noir manages to restrain himself and cataclysms the mask and releases the Megakuma. On being de-akumatized, Daizzi is brought back to the pod in Monarch’s lair. Ladybug walks toward Mr. Damocles but fails to find the Pig Miraculous (or the business card with Monarch's address like in a dream). Upon giving him a magical charm, she uses the Miraculous Ladybug superpower to bring everything back to normal.

In Monarch's lair, Daizzi weakly comments that he is hungry. Angrily, Monarch snaps his fingers, which provide him with some food and vows that he will soon have their Miraculouses.

At Socqueline’s arts and crafts store, Socqueline apologizes for impersonating her. Ladybug forgives her by saying that she should help her without putting herself in danger. After that, Marinette goes to her home and gives the paint supplies to her mother. Sabine thanks her and gives her an Alliance ring as a gift for being the most wonderful daughter. But Marinette declines it since it will be more helpful for Sabine in taking orders. When Marinette reaches her room, Tikki asks why she refused the gift. Marinette explains that after today's incident, she realized it would be too dangerous to wear as Ladybug. Back downstairs, Sabine begins setting up her Alliance ring.

In the epilogue scene, on the top of the Rooftops of the Jardins du Trocadero, Ladybug and Cat Noir are sitting beside each other, discussing their recent fight. They are confused about how Monarch gave the Power of Jubilation without giving the Pig Miraculous. When asked about their dream, Ladybug replies that Monarch must have altered the power somehow since their dream about their wedding and babies would be totally weird. Cat Noir agrees to this, and both continue to ponder over their dream.

Trivia

  • Internationally, this episode first premiered in Brazil on Gloob.
  • The episode shares its name with the concept of the Pig Miraculous.
    • It's revealed that the power of Gift can force its targets to actually live their deepest wishes/dreams, instead of just showing them, rendering them completely vulnerable.
      • It can also affect multiple targets at the same time, and, when this happens, their deepest dreams are combined into one, evidenced by how Ladybug and Cat Noir's dream is the only one with traits of their respective desires: Ladybug's wish to defeat Monarch and recover all the Miraculous, and Cat Noir's wish to have Ladybug fall in love with him, marry her and have a family with her.
      • In "Emotion", Cat Noir as Adrien finally had his partner as his girlfriend and Marinette as Ladybug, finally had her dream come true in the "Final Day".
        • The heroes tying the knot in Cat Noir's dream is a callback to Cat Blanc in Marinette's nightmare in "Sentibubbler".
        • Cat Noir's wedding suit in his dream is similar to Cat Blanc's costume, as well as his kamikotized form Celesticat without wings.
        • The heroes from "Miraculous New York" and "Miraculous Shanghai" appear in Ladybug and Cat Noir's wedding dream, connecting the Miraculous World specials to the main series.
        • Despite it being a dream, this is the fifth time Ladybug and Cat Noir have kissed, following "Dark Cupid", "Oblivio", "The Puppeteer 2" and "Cat Blanc".
      • Socqueline dreams of Ladybug and Cat Noir being grateful to her for all of her help as a superhero. Her wish does become true since she helps Ladybug realize that when she transforms into Ladybug while still wearing the Alliance ring, it records all of her activities. Seeing this, she realized that if she continued to use the Alliance ring, someone could discover her alter ego.
    • Some characters are expressing great happiness for themselves or others and other episodes:
      • Socqueline is happy for Marinette for her confidence and knows Adrien Agreste.
        • She also admires Ladybug for her protection over Paris where she dresses up like her to help others.
      • Like "Evillustrator" and other episodes were suppose to be a day of joy like a birthday.
      • Gabriel was overjoyed to learn from an Alliance ring and believed Socqueline was Ladybug, but was unaware Marinette had her Alliance ring at that time.
      • In "Sapotis", Alya felt great joy at becoming a superhero and working alongside Ladybug.
      • In "Malediktator", Marinette and her whole school were overjoyed over that Chloé was going to New York.
      • In "Gamer 2.0", as Cat Noir, Adrien is at his happiest when he's with Ladybug and in civilian form when with his friends.
      • In "Cat Blanc", in the alternate timeline, Marinette's friends were overjoyed for Marinette expressing her feelings for Adrien and that they finally became a couple, Hawk Moth expressed devious joy at knowledge of knowing Cat Noir's identity.
      • In "Furious Fu", the kwamis expressed great joy at seeing Master Fu since he surrendered his title as guardian.
      • In "Crocoduel", all of Luka's friends cheered in joy for him and Juleka having a rockstar for their father.
      • In "Ephemeral", after revealing his identity to Ladybug, Adrien was happy that he didn't have to hide anymore.
      • In "Strikeback", Gabriel felt joy at finally having a real win against the heroes.
      • In "Re-creation", the inactive members of Team Miraculous and their kwamis were happy to be reunited as well as Ladybug and Cat Noir were happy to have them back.
      • How Ladybug felt great joy when Cat Noir returned to her in "Miraculous Shanghai" and "Miraculous New York".
      • When in "Miraculous Paris", Betterfly felt tearful joy in seeing that there was hope that his world could be better.
    • Like Second Chance, the word Gift also refers to giving something to someone, how you use it and more:
      • Like how the miraculouses were a gift to the world to help protect it.
      • As Cat Noir gifted Ladybug with flowers in various episodes.
      • Marinette and Adrien gave gifts to each other on their birthdays in "Befana" and "The Bubbler".
      • Through the jewels various people were gifted great power but how they used said gift would determine if they were good or evil-hearted.
      • In many episodes, Marinette had various gifts to give to Adrien but not just him but to her other friends.
      • The kwamis giving their cherished owners a kwagatama as a gift of their friendship.
      • How Marinette had a talent gift in fashion designing.
      • Kagami comes from a family of gifted fencing champions.
      • How Gabriel and Emilie referred to Adrien as their miracle gift.
    • The Pig Miraculous represents showing that happiness can come in many forms:
      • Rose Lavillant as the current Pig Miraculous holder Pigella, knows how to spread cheerfulness around and keep positive in glum situations.
      • When Ladybug in "Miraculer", ended Chloe's adventures as Queen Bee it was the right thing to do and Cat Noir mentioned that if Chloe got her powers back under Hawk Moth's influence she live a nightmare which came true in "Miracle Queen" and "Revolution".
      • Instead of helping Gabriel, Nathalie should've turned to the heroes for help even if that meant they would have to be imprisoned despite trying to do everything for Adrien's joy both still broke the law meaning it still would've shattered anyway and also because it was based on a lie.
      • How Tomoe and Gabriel were forcing Adrien and Kagami to live their dreams instead of letting their children find their own way let alone not being happy for them.
      • Adrien found joy in his life after the loss of his mother by finding friends and someone to love instead but Gabriel didn't want too nor let his son enjoy it for long.
      • Like how Ladybug and Cat Noir worked hard and waited so long to be together in "Oblivio", "Cat Blanc", and "Ephemeral" but all those times their status as a couple was undone or short lasting due to the Miraculous Ladybug (superpower) or time related Miraculous superpowers.
      • Felix and Gabriel played on the heroes desires and turned them nightmares in "Shadow Moth's Final Attack".
      • Chloe and Colt got their joy by making everyone else miserable.
    • This episode shows how the powers of the Pig Miraculous can be used for evil, as it forces people to live their wildest dreams in a way that becomes real to them and, once they wake up in reality, they are left in a profound state of sadness, the exact opposite of its intended purpose.
      • In Ladybug's dream, she and Cat Noir intend to retrieve every Miraculous Monarch stole from them in their original form, unaware that in real world, Monarch turned them into rings until "Deflagration".
  • This episode introduces a new location: Paris' Chinatown Les Olympiades.[2]
  • It's revealed that Mr. Damocles' first name is Denis.
  • This is the third time Denis Damocles gets akumatized, following "The Dark Owl" and "Ladybug", however this time he gets akumatized into Darker Owl, a new variation of The Dark Owl.
  • This is the second episode to use the "owl" transition, following "The Dark Owl".
  • Similar to "Lady Wifi", both titular villains confuse fans of Ladybug for the real one, with Darker Owl thinking Ladybug's true identity is Socqueline, and Lady Wifi believing it to be Chloé.
  • Like Chloé in "Queen Wasp", Mr. Damocles wanted to show himself to be capable of fulfilling superhero duties once again, but only ended up getting corrupted by the villain again.
  • The character of Socqueline appears to be based on the Ladybug PV version of Marinette, just as Félix is based on the PV version of Adrien.
  • This is the second time Marinette says "just a normal girl, with a normal life" in-dialogue, after "Sentibubbler".
  • Marinette is seen riding on the motorbike she received in "Dearest Family".
  • One of the Adrien skins on Socqueline's Alliance ring is a banana costume, which is possibly a reference to when he wore Mr. Banana's outfit in "Kwamibuster" and "Feast".
  • This is the second time we see Gabriel, in a supervillain persona, listening for targets, after "Risk".
  • Marinette mentions that her saving people from their risks as Ladybug caused her to take more which is what happened in "Glaciator 2" and "Risk".
  • According to Socqueline's Alliance ring, Ladybug traveled 135,478 meters in 15 minutes, translating to a speed of 541.912 kilometers per hour (roughly 336.729 miles per hour).
    • However, Gabriel's ring says she traveled the same distance in 10 minutes, converting to 812.868 kilometers per hour or 505.093 miles per hour.
  • Monarch's victims have a new version of the light mask when they are akumatized.
  • It's revealed that Monarch is able to transfer the powers of the Miraculous by forcibly absorbing the kwamis from their cages into their respective rings and then sending them to his target's Alliance. After the villain is defeated, the kwami returns to its respective cage and are then fed by him.
    • The cages are fitted with feeders that dispense what looks like generic pet food.
    • It's also revealed that the Alliance rings, which not only serve for Monarch to transfer the powers of the kwamis, but also to inform him whenever their owners do something that is humanly impossible to do, like going through a big distance in a very short period of time.
  • Monarch uses Voyage, Kaalki's power, to send his Megakumas and, in this way, prevents his target from escaping it.
    • This also marks the second time we see a white background and not the actual destination for a portal made by Voyage, after "Destruction".
  • Unlike the other owners of an Alliance, who have an AI assistant in the form of either Adrien or Lila, Gabriel's Alliance has an AI in the form of his wife, Emilie.
  • At one point during the Gift dream sequence, Cat Noir offers Ladybug a soda when they are seen at the cinema and mentions the flavor being "Cat-ca-Cola". According to Ezra Weisz, the name of the soda flavor was improvised by him and Bryce Papenbrook to include a cat-related pun for the English dub.[3]
    • Of course, "Cat-ca-Cola" is a pun on the Coca-Cola soft drink.
  • This is the fourth time Cat Noir uses his Cataclysm in anger, following "Santa Claws", "Cat Blanc" and "Hack-San".
    • This is the third time where he said or felt as though it wasn't cool to have feelings messed with following "Glaciator", and "Ladybug".
  • This is the first time Ladybug is seen sad when using her Miraculous Ladybug ability and giving out a Magical Charm.
    • It's also the third time she wears her upgraded suit, following "Mr. Pigeon 72" and "Guiltrip".
      • Interestingly, "Mr. Pigeon 72" and "Jubilation" are episode 4 of their season, and "Guiltrip" is the episode in which the Pig Miraculous is introduced.
  • This is the seventh episode that features a post-credit scene, following "Miracle Queen", "Gabriel Agreste", "Optigami", "Sentibubbler", "Dearest Family", and "Multiplication".
    • It's also the first to feature Ladybug and Cat Noir, and the second not to feature Gabriel Agreste, following "Multiplication".
  • This is the fifth time where the heroes sit on a rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower following "The Dark Owl", "Lies", "Hack-San" and "Kuro Neko".
  • This is the third time Adrien's room is seen a mess, following "The Collector" and "Party Crasher", but it's unknown how it got like that.
    • However, it is most likely due to him being retired from his modelling career; as a result, he can do whatever he pleases.
  • According to Sabine, this episode takes place on Saturday, similarly to "Backwarder" and "Qilin".
  • Even though Ladybug isn't completely aware of it yet, she figured out that Monarch was using the Alliance rings to track her and Cat Noir, but didn't know that's how Monarch transferred the captive kwamis' powers.
    • Interestingly, both "Gang of Secrets" and "Mr. Pigeon 72", and "Destruction" and "Jubilation", are the third and fourth episodes of their respective seasons.
  • This is one of the few times where Ladybug uses her Lucky Charm object for it's intended purpose.
    • With that, it could be that Tikki was aware that Darker Owl was going to trap them in a dream or was in a similar situation in the past.
  • This episode is also similar to "Oblivio", "Cat Blanc" and "Ephemeral":
    • In all these episodes, Ladybug and Cat Noir become a couple.
    • Like in "Oblivio", both are brought together as a result of an akumatized villain's superpowers.
    • They are all short-lived romantic events.
    • Unlike the others, Ladybug and Cat Noir didn't discover each other's true identities.
  • Mr. Damocles assumes Marinette is jealous when he thinks she wants to be a superhero, ironically, Marinette is the superheroine Ladybug he deeply admires.
    • Also, when Socqueline has her Alliance ring back from Marinette to learn the ring read Marinette's exceeded threshold, Socqueline asks her if she had superpowers, to which does since she was the Ladybug Socqueline also admired.
  • This episode is similar to "The Dark Owl" as it involves Mr. Damocles getting akumatized when he unintentionally humiliated by Ladybug and Cat Noir when he was trying to do good as The Owl. This episode Marinette lectures him about his job as principal since he does not have any superpowers after trying to go good as The Owl again and being helped by Socqueline dressed as Ladybug.

Errors

  • In the Alliance commercial, the scene where Adrien's alliance ring gives off a Megakuma alert doesn't just say "Megakuma alert", unlike how it was seen in "Multiplication".
  • When Marinette first goes to Les Olympiades, the escalator going up is on the left side. But when she is about to put on her helmet after meeting Socqueline, the up-escalator is on the right. And when Tikki convinces her to go back, the up escalator is back on the left.
  • In the episode's English dub, when Socqueline shows Marinette Alliance's step counter feature, the ring's assistant avatar mistakenly says she walked 52034 (fifty-two thousand thirty-four) steps instead of 5234 (five thousand two hundred thirty-four or fifty-two hundred thirty-four).
  • During the part of the dream sequence at the cinema, Ladybug's arm suddenly stretches when she puts her drink away.
  • Back in the Monarch's lair after the battle, Ziggy is seen detained in the wrong cage, as it was marked with Dog Miraculous logo instead of the Goat Miraculous logo.
  • There are some mistakes in Ladybug and Cat Noir's dream:
    • Monarch is seen in his new suit. However, the duo have never seen this suit at this point.
    • Ladybug and Cat Noir are seen in Monarch's lair, however, they have never seen his lair before.
      • It could be from what they thought about Hawk Moth as he never showed himself and always hid in shadows so the duo probably imagined his lair like that.
  • The light masks used to communicate with Monarch are miscolored pink throughout the episode.
  • Bunnyx doesn't appear at the wedding in Ladybug and Cat Noir's dream, even though she would've returned after Monarch was defeated.
