Hurricane is a minor character of Miraculous World: New York - United Heroez. She is a weather-themed superhero and member of United Heroez, a team of superheroes, that protects the United States of America.

Hurricane is a woman with light complexion and dark eyes. She has short blonde hair that she combs back. Her makeup consists of dark lipstick and a storm cloud painted above her right eye.
The superheroine is dressed in a black costume that covers her entire body. The elements that stand out on the outfit are decorations resembling dark storm clouds and bright lightning bolts.
Personality[]
Hurricane's personality is not exactly known. In "Miraculous New York", she is brave and courageous. She is not afraid to stand up to fight the enemy to protect people. She is also loyal to other heroes. Given that she started playing around with her powers after being hit by Liberation, she is presumably normally very responsible and serious.
Abilities[]
Hurricane seems to have the ability control the weather to a limited degree. She has been seen creating small clouds, gusts of wind, and bolts of lightning.
History[]
Miraculous New York[]
Hurricane is seen on the news with the other members of the United Heroez, where President Camilla Hombee/Victory makes a statement about the hunt for Techno Pirate and postpones the French American Friendship celebration ceremony. Later in Times Square, Hurricane flies near on a rooftop where she meets with Majestia, Knightowl, Snowflake, and Victory. She is then told by Majestia to wait until she lands to make a move.
After Majestia lands, Hurricane and the other superheroes surround Techno Pirate, now Miraclonizer, who uses the Eagle Miraculous's power of Liberation to free all the superheroes from their ethical constraints, with Hurricane's being to use her powers usefully. Hurricane then started playing with her powers, and even played with a cloud.
She is later seen chasing Sparrow, along with the other superheroes. Once she is freed from the effects of Miraclonizer's use of Liberation by Eagle, she attends the French American Friendship celebration ceremony. There Hurricane watched as Snowflake made an ice sculpture of Ladybug, Cat Noir, Uncanny Valley, and Eagle as she celebrated them while flying in the air.
