Harry Clown is a minor character of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. He is a famous comedian who performs his talent shows at Grand Palais. He is also a friend of Marinette Dupain-Cheng.
In "Psycomedian", after having his movie get turned down by Bob Roth and failing to get Marinette to confess her love to Adrien through comedic ways, he was akumatized by Shadow Moth into Psycomedian, a manipulative supervillain with the power to alter people's emotions. He also received a Magical Charm from Ladybug that prevented him from being reakumatized.

Physical appearance[]
Harry has greyish white hair and slight wrinkles on his face indicating that he is fairly old. He has blue eyes and brown eyebrows. His hair is pushed to the right.
Civilian attire[]
Harry wears a brown or burgundy unzipped leather jacket with a white button-up shirt underneath. He wears a black fanny pack around his waist and a silver necklace around his neck. Harry wears blueish gray jeans.
As Psycomedian[]
Psycomedian wore a red hood with white outlines that covered his head and shoulders. His suit consisted of black pants, a red line at his waist, and a top split into a white half and a black half. At the center of his chest was a mask insignia, also split: a black tragedy mask on the white side and a white comedy mask on the black side. His right hand was white while his left was black, and the sleeve on both his wrists was red. At his waist was a fanny pack-like bag that was black with a red lid and white zipper. His face was obscured by a white comedy theatre mask with a red clown nose. The mask could take on a variety of expressions, such as angry, sad, and worried.
Personality[]
Harry Clown is goofy, often demonstrating childish behavior, including jumping around a room together with Marinette. He is caring and understanding, as proven by his attempt to help Marinette get Adrien to laugh. He is also very sensitive, being deeply affected when Bob Roth tore his drawings, and he doubts himself when he fails to do something. Harry dreams of creating a serious superhero movie to help people feel more emotions than just laughter.
As Psycomedian, he wanted to wipe the smiles off everyone's faces and show everyone that he could make them feel different emotions.

As a civilian[]
Since Harry Clown is a famous comedian, it can be assumed that he is an excellent candidate when it comes to performing comedic shows, despite his old age. Seeing that he created the sketches for his movie project, he appears to like drawing.
As Psycomedian[]
By squeaking his clown nose, Psycomedian could force people to feel the emotion displayed on his mask, which he could change at will. However, it only worked when they looked directly at him. His fanny pack could also produce extra clown noses should the one he was using be removed. He didn't have to necessarily squeak his nose when looking at someone, as in the case of Ladybug when his clown nose was stolen, he only had to look at her with the mask to set it in than squeak his nose to put into effect.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng[]
Harry is friendy towards Marinette and her family and gladly helps her get together with her crush. He was excited for her when the opportunity was granted and sympathized with her when the attempt failed.
Gabriel Agreste[]
Harry knew Gabriel ("Gabi") for a long time. He calls him his "good friend" and is not intimidated by Gabriel's coldness. The latter does not take Harry seriously, but he allows Harry to visit the mansion, which few people may visit.
Bob Roth[]
Harry used to be enthusiatic around his producer, sharing new ideas with him. He was shocked when Bob tore his drawings, and as Psycomedian, he targeted Bob Roth, trying to get him to admit that Harry was capable of making people feel different emotions. Once de-akumatized, Harry unsuccessfully tries to compromise with his producer.
Ladybug and Cat Noir[]
Harry Clown admires Ladybug and Cat Noir and wishes to have powers to be as good as them. Psycomedian sought to manipulate these "amateur's" emotions in order to obtain their Miraculouses for Shadow Moth. Once de-akumatized, he was grateful towards the superheroes.

Harry's Magical Charm.
- Harry Clown's design is based on the French comedian, Franck Dubosc, who also voices him in the French dub.[2]
- According to Feri González, Psycomedian has similar abilities as discarded villain Gagotor.[3]
- Harry is the second new character, after Mrs. Bianca, to be introduced in the season 4.
- He's the 2nd villain to influence Ladybug's mind, following Miracle Queen in "Miracle Queen", but the 1st villain in the permanent timeline, as Miracle Queen's influence was erased.
- He's the second adult character to claim to have wanted to be a superhero since youth, following Mr. Damoclès.
- He hums when he pinches his nose, but it is impossible to hum with your nose pinched.
- It is revealed that one of Gabriel Agreste's earliest designs was created for Harry's first act several years ago.
