The Hand Fan is the tool of the Peacock Miraculous.
The current owner of the hand fan is Félix Fathom after he acquired the Peacock Miraculous in "Strikeback". He uses the hand fan after being transformed into the superhero Argos.
It was previously occasionally used by Nathalie Sancoeur when she used the Peacock Miraculous to become the villainess Mayura, and by Gabriel Agreste when he became the villain Shadow Moth.
Appearance
The fan is comprised of eighteen blue peacock feathers, resembling the spreading fan tail of a peacock when fully unfurled. The barbs of each feather's shaft have been mostly stripped away, leaving only the eye of the feather. The eye is dark blue with a light pink spot in the middle. The top edging of each feather includes small white cotton feathers.
Abilities
The white feathers on the fan can be plucked to be turned into an Amok by Amokization. These feathers can be magically directed to a target over a distance, but otherwise have the same physical properties as normal feathers. The fan can also be used to speak to other Miraculous holders.[1]
In "Pretension", it's revealed that similar to Cat Noir's staff, Monarch's cane or Vesperia's top, Argos' fan can break into multiple pieces as Argos used said pieces to spread his scent around making Matagi Gozen unable to track him. Argos also uses it to swat aside a Venom arrow fired by Matagi Gozen, showing that it can deflect attacks like Ladybug's yo-yo and Cat Noir's staff. In the same episode, the fan can be used for cutting but if used on a thick material, the feathers will come off, making it easy for an enemy to locate the user.
