The Dupain-Cheng residence is the home owned by Tom Dupain and Sabine Cheng and their daughter Marinette, which is located above their bakery.

The apartment is a triplex occupying the top three floors above the Tom & Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie.
Internal[]
Hall and stairs[]

The entrance hall of the residence, with one of the entrance doors and access to the pastry shop.
It is accessed by two entrances, one from the back of the pastry shop, and an entrance from the side street of the Place des Vosges, by a large blue double door, which opens onto an entrance hall with white tiles with a blue carpet motif with golden lines and white walls.
From there you have to climb a two-story staircase made of wood and blue carpet to reach the door of the living room, the door on the first floor which leads to access to the bedroom and bathroom of the residence.
First floor room[]

The first floor room is not known exactly and its purpose has not been revealed. The floor is made of light brown panels, while the walls are white. A round rug in two shades of orange with an unknown pattern can be seen on the floor. A Chinese calendar hangs on one of the walls, highlighting important days and holidays in China. The windows are decorated with orange curtains. To the left of the calendar is a low chest of drawers with a black vase with a branch of pink flowers on it. Opposite the calendar, right next to the stairs, is another low chest of drawers made of dark wood, decorated with a white or green tablecloth. A candle and a gong hang on the chest, set in an ornate dark wooden frame. In the episode Qilin on the Other Side, Sabine also places a low black vase containing a variety of flowers. On the left side is a black lamp and a dark brown wooden shelf. On the right side are the stairs to the upper floor and the bathroom door.
Bathroom[]

The bathroom is accessed through a light wooden door. The walls are covered with black tiles. In front of the entrance is a rectangular white sink, and directly above it hangs a large frameless mirror. On the right side, you can see a faucet and a shower hose, indicating that this is where the shower or bathtub is located.
Tom and Sabine's room[]

The bedside table in the bedroom.
Tom and Sabine's room is not shown in its entirety, and it is difficult to say exactly where it is located. From the layout of the remaining rooms, it can be deduced that it is on the first floor, however, it is not known whether the previously mentioned room is part of the bedroom or if it is accessed through a separate door. From the frame shown, you can see that the bed is made of dark wood, while the sheets are black and white striped. To the right of the bed is a triangular shelf made of dark wood, on which are placed a clock and a night lamp with an orange lampshade.
Laundry room[]

The laundry room.
Going up the stairs you directly access the laundry room. This room is located on the second floor of the residence. The laundry room has a dark brown floorboards. The walls are white. Dark brown doors with white glass lead to the kitchen and living room, which are on the same floor, while white doors lead to the hallway. In the small room there is a washing machine, an unspecified appliance and a narrow dark wooden shelf on which various objects are stored. On the stairs hangs a photo of Sabine and Marinette, while near the door that leads to the hallway you can see a painting with a plant motif enclosed in a white frame.
Living Room[]

The living room.
The floor of the living room is made of dark brown panels. The upper part of the walls is white, while the lower part, closer to the floor, is covered with white panels and decorated with cream-colored rectangles with protruding frames. The windows of the living room are decorated with white curtains that reach the floor. In the center of the living room is a light pink corner sofa and a white coffee table, under which is a round pink and white rug. In addition, the sofa is decorated with numerous colorful pillows in black, gray and pink, with polka dots and stripes. Next to the bedside table is also a small pink pouf or seat cushion. Right behind the sofa is a brown and white rectangular lamp. The sofa is in front of a black flat-screen TV, placed on a low black chest of drawers with white furniture. The shelves of the chest of drawers contain other electronic devices. On the right is a white vase. Above the sofa you can see a bamboo painting. On the same wall is a long window that, like the ones in the kitchen, has gray shutters with white polka dots.
Kitchen[]

The kitchen has large oak windows with pink and white polka dot shutters. Below the windows is a countertop with a white dishwasher, two sets of dark oak cabinets, a stainless steel sink, a blue refrigerator, and an oven. On the counter next to the sink is a microwave, various spices and sauces, metal utensil holders, and two pink cabinets. The floor is made of tiles decorated with a repeating pattern of pink round flowers set in gray square outlines on a white background, and semicircular arrow-shaped decorations on the edges.

The table is dark oak with a glass top; around it are three stools with black legs and white seats. Above the table hang two rectangular lamps with yellow and pink rectangular lampshades. Next to the table is an Asian tapestry depicting swimming koi carp. On the table is often a black vase with green plants, probably bamboo, and other objects such as a fruit bowl or a Chinese teapot.

Right next to the front door are white stairs with a black railing that lead to Marinette's room. On the wall near the stairs is a painting with a black frame depicting a green bamboo. These stairs are also near the front door, next to which hangs a painting of a koi carp. Opposite the stairs you can see a light wooden bookcase full of books and, next to it, a black lamp with a pink lampshade.
Marinette's room[]

Marinette's room.
Marinette's room is located on the top floor of the residence. The floor is decorated with brown panels, while the walls and ceiling are painted in blush pink. The room is lit by three windows: two large arched windows with semi-transparent shutters and a round window. In the fourth season, when Marinette becomes the Guardian of the Miracle Box, the windows are covered with colored paper. Right next to the entrance, on the right side, there is a pink dressing table with black decorations, on which a sink and a mirror are mounted. It is separated from the desk by a wooden stand and a small green screen.

A light pink desk runs along two walls, and right next to it is a dark pink chair decorated with Marinette's floral logo. On the furniture, Marinette keeps the most necessary things: a pink and black shelf, a pink night lamp, and a computer monitor. There are posters and a cork board on the wall. For a long time, Marinette has also hung photos of Adrien on her desk. Near the desk, there is a light pink dressmaker's mannequin with a hat designed by Marinette hanging from it. Marinette's logo is pinned to the mannequin's chest. Next to it is a mirror with a black frame.

The chaise longue.
Near the round window, there is a chaise longue with a pink and brown backrest and a pink mattress with white polka dots. It is also decorated with a brown and pink pillow and a red Chinese umbrella. On the back wall, from the entrance of the room, there is a dark pink chest with gray upholstery with pink flowers and a brown and pink square lamp. There is a poster hanging right next to the window. In the center of the room is a pink, black and white carpet.

The mezzanine.
The room also has a mezzanine, which is accessed by a white staircase. Both the mezzanine and the stairs have a black railing. There is a mattress where Marinette sleeps that has pink and black sheets with two pillows on top: a pink one with a black bow and a decorative one that depicts a white cat with black stripes, with pink paws, ears and nose. Above the mattress is a shelf with a night lamp and books on it. On the side wall is also a cork board where Marinette hangs photos of her friends. The railing and the mezzanine support are decorated with a row of colored paper airplanes. There is also an entrance that leads to the balcony above the mezzanine.
Balcony[]

The Balcony.
The balcony is located on the roof of the residence. The floor is made of brown panels. On the sides of the balcony is a light wall and on the front is a gray railing. On the balcony there is a beach chair in various shades of pink and a wooden table in the shape of a reel. Next to the chair there is a white box and, just above it, a sunshade, decorated with colored lights. There are various types of plants on the wall to the left, on the floor to the right and on the railing.

- The residence is across the street from Marinette's school, Collège Françoise Dupont. Across the street on the opposite side is the Place des Vosges park.
- On the first floor there is a door with a bell.
- In "Troublemaker", Marinette indicates that this is the access to the residence's bathroom, proving that this door is usable.
- This door is likely to be used by Tom and Sabine to go back and forth to the bakery from their bedroom and the bathroom to avoid disturbing Marinette during the night.
- The residence has been the scene of several attacks by the akumatized villains:
- In "The Evillustrator", the titular villain snuck into Marinette's room to try to invite her to a boat trip on the Seine.
- In "The Bubbler", Sabine was kidnapped by a bubble of the titular villain while in the living Room.
- In "Animan", Ladybug and Cat Noir tried to capture the titular villain in the stairwell hall.
- In "The Puppeteer", the titular villain, while maneuvering Alya transformed into Lady Wifi, tried to steal the dolls of Marinette from her room.
- In "Prime Queen", the titular villain entered Marinette's room through her computer to kidnap Alya.
- In "Troublemaker", Penny was akumatized in the mansion's stairs and while fighting Ladybug and Chat Noir in the living room she managed to get a earring from Ladybug.
- In "Reflekdoll", it is in Marinette's room where Juleka was reakumatized into Reflekta and was amokized created Reflekdoll , breaking through the balcony.
- In "Weredad", Tom was akumatized into Weredad in the living room after Cat Noir rejected Marinette.
- In "Gamer 2.0", Rose, Juleka, Ivan and Mylène were teleported to the game of the titular villain while they were in Marinette's room.
- In "Truth", the titular villain entered the living room and used his powers on Marinette's parents to find out if Marinette had a diary in her room by Marinette.
- In "Sole Crusher", the titular villain broke through the roof of the residence to catch Chloé, who had taken refuge there.
- In "Dearest Family", Tom, Sabine, Gina and Roland were akumatized in the living room after arguing about who knew Marinette best.
- In "Miraculous Paris", Alya transformed into Ubiquity in Marinette's room to make get Betterfly from his universe to the main, and later also Shadybug and Claw Noir under threat from the latter. Later, while in the room, Re-Marinette stole Re-Adrien's Miraculous in order to combine it with the his to express the desire, without succeeding. Afterwards, Monarch teleported into the room to make a deal with Shadybug and Claw Noir to obtain Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculouses to make all three's wishes come true.
- In "Representation", Nightormentor entered Marinette's room to look for her in order to force her to reveal Adrien's whereabouts, but was stopped by Chat Noir.
