Delmar[2] is an American boy who lives in the Queens borough of New York City. He is also a student in Professor Gate's class at Armstrong High School.

Delmar is a dark skinned boy with short brown hair. He has brown eyes and he wears a green jacket over a white shirt and green pants.
Personality
Delmar is a very kind and open person. He is the first to greet Marinette and Adrien, praising them for the puppet video created by their class. Moments later, he invites French guests to a secret rooftop party. When he sees Sabrina, he sends the girl a "peephole", and when she does not appear at the party, he personally follows her so that the girl does not sit in the room.

Sabrina and Delmar have crushes on each other. They first met when Sabrina and her class arrived in New York.
History
Miraculous New York
For the French American Friendship celebration ceremony, Delmar and his class stayed at Hotel Lafayette. At the lobby of the hotel, Delmar played table football with his classmates. There he noticed Marinette Dupain-Cheng fall along with her suitcase, which opened releasing the sock puppets that Miss Bustier's class used for the student film they made.
Delmar recognizes them and helps them pick up the sock puppets. Delmar then tells Marinette, Alya Césaire, and Sabrina Raincomprix about a rooftop party. He invites them but tells them to be quite so no adult finds out. As he leaves he winks at Sabrina, making her blush.
Later when night falls, Delmar goes to Sabrina's room and opens the window invitingly for Sabrina. The two walk together onto the fire escape and into the rooftop party. Soon, Delmar sees Hot Dog Dan in the sky and corrects Marinette and Adrien Agreste who thought it was bird or a plane, respectively. He then watched as Sabrina tried one of Hot Dog Dan's magical hot dogs and grew magical hair. Then as Jessica Keynes starts to play the song played in "Despair Bear" at Chloé Bourgeois' party, Delmar and Sabrina are seen dancing with arms wrapped around each other.
The next day, Delmar and his class go to the New-York Historical Society on a bus. After getting off the bus, he is seen when Dean Gate is counting his students to make sure everyone is there. Inside, Delmar is seen standing behind Sabrina and Chloé while they waited for the tour to start. When the tour given by Professor Gate begins, Delmar is seen listening to him as talked about various history moments.
Back at the hotel, Delmar is seen in front of Sabrina watching the news with the other hotel guest, where President Camilla Hombee/Victory makes a statement about the hunt for Techno Pirate and postpones the French American Friendship celebration ceremony. Delmar and Sabrina are then seen holding each other tight as they continue to watch the news.
That night, Delmar attends the French American Friendship celebration ceremony. He is first seen talking to someone as Marinette talked to Alya. Then as the fireworks go on, Delmar watch as Sabrina told Chloé she was glad to see her finally having fun. Delmar then smiled as Chloé responsed by saying she was only happy because they were leaving the next day.
