Barkk: You should stop watching these videos of Chloé, she's really not a good person.
Sabrina: You're right, Barkk. (sniffs)
(She gets up, goes to a drawer full of items relating to Chloé, including nail polish, a cup, Sabrina's brooches, a Queen Bee figurine, a picture of her and Chloé, the cap Chloé bribed her with in "The Evillustrator", and a golden cup that may be a trophy, and throws them in the trash)
(Barkk smiles, before Sabrina picks up her bag from a chair and leaves her room.)
Roger: Are you sure we can't ride together like we used to?
Sabrina: No thanks, Daddy dear. (seemingly disappointed)
Roger: If someone was bothering you at school, you'd tell me, right?
Sabrina: Everything's fine, Dad. Some girlfriends are waiting for me at the bus stop. We're gonna head to school together.
Roger: Oh! (chuckling) I'm really glad you made new friends. Have fun, sweetheart! (closes the car door)
(As Roger drives away, Sabrina's smile fades and walks to the other direction. She is now seen sitting on a bench by the tram stop, all alone.)
Tikki: (peeking from the box) Marinette, I don't understand. Why does this dinner absolutely have to take place tonight, otherwise it will be a disaster?
Marinette: Because, Tikki, tonight, the Hoa Tinh star will be in conjunction with Jupiter.
Tikki: (confused) And what does that mean exactly?
Marinette: Well, according to mom, it brings good luck. That's why I invited Adrien Agreste over tonight! Besides, since we've been going out, we've kissed exactly ninety-nine times. So, if we kissed for the hundredth time tonight, our love story is bound to last forever!
Tikki: So, you don't intend to kiss Adrien until this evening?
Marinette: I have special authorization from the Mayor of Paris, Mrs. Bustier, and from Fire Captain Hessenpy to put on a fireworks display especially for the occasion.
Tikki: Wow, you really thought of everything!
Marinette: That's right! Love requires planning. Speaking of which, I've got just enough time to put tonight's meal in the fridge and make it to school on time.
(Just then, her scooter powers down. Marinette panics.)
Marinette: Oh no! This is a disaster!!
(In a bus, Sabrina is seen holding her whistle. She sees Marinette talking over the phone, making big movements. Sabrina stands up from her seat.)
Marinette: But tomorrow will be too late, Mr. Mechanic! If you don't fix it now, it will be a disaster! If I don't get tonight's meal in the fridge in time, it will go bad and then I won't have anything for my evening with Adrien, which means I will have to cancel! (while her commotion on the phone continues, Sabrina attempts to help her.) AND I'll miss this once in a lifetime tonight only lucky conjunction! Our hundredth kiss won't happen and my future love life will be ruined forever!
(Sabrina runs to hide behind a van.)
Sabrina: Barkk, on the hunt! (transforms into Miss Hound)
Marinette: That's why you HAVE to get my scooter right no— (the other side of the line hangs up) Uh, hello?
(Miss Hound jumps in the scene.)
Miss Hound: Hello, citizen! I couldn't help but notice that your electric vehicle is immobilized because of a breakdown. I could take it to the auto repair shop! (she uses her ball and bounces it on the scooter. She waves to Marinette and jumps away.)
Marinette: (smiles) Our scooter problem's fixed! (grabs her paper bags) And now, time to get these in the fridge! (runs to hide behind a post) Tikki, spots on! (transforms into Ladybug and swings away)
Miss Hound: Hello, sir! I need a vehicle repaired! Fetch!
(her ball travels to where Marinette's scooter is and retrieves it, magically appearing beside her. Mr. Mouleux scratches his head in confusion. Miss Hound returns to the same place where she encountered Marinette...)
Miss Hound: Now let's take care of your—
(...and now she's nowhere to be found.)
Miss Hound: Where did she go? (goes behind a post) Lay down. (de-transforms)
(Sabrina walks away dejectedly. Barkk gives her an "it's OK" smile, of which Sabrina smiles back at.)
Ladybug: Spots off! (de-transforms)
Tikki: Thanks to Miss Hound, (Marinette gives her a macaron) you won't be late for school!
Marinette: You're right, Tikki. Sabrina used to be on Chloé's side, doing evil things and today, she's acting for the greater good, helping others. (the two of them enter her trap door. Down at the living room, she unpacks her groceries.) With Sabrina, I finally succeeded where I failed with Chloé.
Tikki: You were right to entrust her with Barkk's Miraculous. That was a fitting choice!
Marinette: (drops her groceries in realization) AAAHH! FITTING! I completely forgot to take Adrien's measurements for his suit! (runs upstairs) Tape measure! I need my tape measure!!
(Tikki smiles while holding her macaron.)
Alya: I made bento dinners for tonight! (brings out bento boxes and puts them on the table)
Juleka: I brought fruit tea! (holds out two tumblers)
Mylène: Great! (brings out two lunch boxes) That'll be so much better than the sugary soda we had last time.
Kagami: I found the DVD for Misumi Yuki's movie, "Lone Tigress and Cub".
Zoé: (puts out two bags of oranges) Can't wait to see that movie after what you told us, Kagami!
Rose: This is going to be the best movie night ever!
(The girls giggle. Behind Kagami and Mylène, a dejected Sabrina walks to the table all by herself. Zoé notices Sabrina sitting at a table parallel to them. Just then, Marinette zooms in the cafeteria.)
Marinette: (making her way through a line of students getting lunch) Sorry! Sorry! Sorry!! Excuse me! (pants)
Alya: Ah, here comes Hurricane Marinette.
Marinette: Sorry! (pulls Adrien away from his table) I need to borrow him for a minute.
(On a quiet side in the cafeteria, the couple stopped there to talk. Marinette brushes her hand on Adrien's arm.)
Adrien: Hello, Marinette. (leans in for a kiss)
Marinette: (takes a step back, covering her lips) AHH! No! This morning, we're kissing on the cheek!
Adrien: Uh, okay? (kisses Marinette on the cheek) But... why?
Marinette: It's for a surprise! For our surprise evening! (kisses Adrien back on his cheek and brings out her tape measure to begin taking his measurements)
Adrien: I guess this is for a surprise too, isn't it?
Marinette: There's no hiding anything from you. (writes on her small notepad)
Alya: Ready for tonight, girl?
(The girls appear before Marinette.)
Marinette: How— How did you know??
Alya: Marinette, our girls' movie night is every first Wednesday of the month. Of course, we know about it.
Mylène: And since it's at your place, there's no chance of you being late this time.
Marinette: Tonight? Our movie night? Y-Yeah...! Of course! Duh! (titters)
Kagami: You totally forgot, didn't you?
Marinette: N-Not at all! I'll see you girls later! (grabs Adrien's hand and walks away from the girls with him) I have things to work out with Adrien.
Kagami: (deadpan) She totally forgot.
Alya: (shakes her head) Marinette, Marinette, Marinette.
(The girls walk away as well. Zoé stops to check in on Sabrina, who is seen fidgeting with her paper towel.)
Zoé: Don't wait for me. I have... something to do.
(Mylène and Kagami nod in agreement.)
Adrien: Did you forget about movie night with your friends?
Marinette: No! Not at all! It was all part of the "plan"! It's a surprise, actually. It's... a new concept! Why choose between BFFs and boyfriend when you can enjoy both... at the same time! (spins around Adrien) It'll be our very first romanti-friendly evening, like a couple... group thing! (chuckles nervously) Surprise!
Adrien: I'm not coming, Marinette.
Marinette: WHAT??
Zoé: Everything okay, Sabrina? If you need to talk...
Sabrina: (while fidgeting with a paper towel) It's just that... (sniffs) I've lost my only friend, even though I know Chloé didn't really care about me. (sniffs) Now I'm trying to make new ones but... I just can't seem to. When I see all of you, it's clear to me that I don't belong in your group and why would I? I was so mean to everyone. (sniffs) Deep down, I always knew none of it was right but I genuinely love Chloé. I thought she'd change eventually. (sobs) I know it took me too long to find the courage to stand up to her and now I'm paying the price. You girls will always see me as Chloé Bourgeois' minion. Maybe I should leave — go to a different school, just like she did.
Zoé: There's no way you're changing schools, Sabrina. You're not Chloé's minion anymore! I know how much courage it took. I can see that. Would you like to come to a movie night at Marinette's?
Sabrina: Marinette would never want me there. She was Chloé's favorite victim. We bullied her for years.
Zoé: Marinette is a great girl. Trust me, she'll say yes.
Sabrina: Are you sure?
(Zoé nods.)
Sabrina: (grabs a piece of pastry from her+ paper bag and gives it to Zoé) Here, you want one?
Zoé: (takes the bread) Thanks!
Marinette: What do you mean you're not coming?
Adrien: When you decide to do things with people, it's to spend your time with just them. I'm not sure your girls' movie night would feel special with them if I was there for a romantic evening at the same time. That's why I'm not coming. (gently puts his hand on Marinette's cheek) So you can focus on being with just them. We'll have our special evening together some other time, don't worry. (leans in to kiss Marinette)
Marinette: (leans away) No! No kiss. Not now.
Adrien: Uh— Sorry?
Marinette: Sorry. I have to go t-to... to the bathroom!
(She runs away. Adrien frowns at her departure.)
Marinette: Oh no! This is an absolute disaster! If Adrien doesn't come over tonight, there will never be a hundredth-kiss conjunction, or a wedding, or a house, or hamsters named—
Tikki: Marinette!
Marinette: No! It took so long to get here. It cannot end like this! I HAVE to find a way to convince him to come over tonight despite the girls being there. (gasps) Of course! If they were okay with this, I'm sure I could change Adrien's mind. (she exits the cubicle. Tikki follows her from behind.)
Zoé: Hey, girls! I was thinking about tonight. Would you mind if we invited one more person over?
Alya: Totally! Expanding our group is a cool idea.
Rose: I was actually thinking of inviting Aglaé over one of these days.
Mylène: And Sublime too!
Kagami: And Ondine.
Zoé: Awesome! Then I'll invite Sabrina.
Alya: (gasps) I mean, there's already a lot of us, and uh, Marinette's room is so tiny.
Juleka: Not sure we have enough beds.
Mylène: And honestly, after everything she and Chloé did to us...?
Zoé: Girls, Chloé was the problem.
Kagami: Well, Sabrina was her henchgirl.
Zoé: But without her, we wouldn't be free from Chloé today, and now she's all alone.
Alya: (not denying Zoé's statement) Yeah, I don't know. Ask Marinette. It's her place after all.
Zoé: (takes off her safety goggles) Fair enough. (walks towards the door)
(Marinette is seen coming towards the same place.)
Zoé: (gasps) Marinette! Perfect timing! I wanted to ask you: did you see Sabrina this morning?
Marinette: Uh, Sabrina? Yeah, Sabrina, (peeks at the girls from Zoé's shoulder) she's blossoming, very independent.
Zoé: (tilts her head, blocking Marinette's view) That's great! Actually, I'd like us to do something for her.
Marinette: (pushes Zoé back to the classroom with her) Uh, definitely! For sure!
(Zoé and Marinette stand before the girls.)
Marinette: Say, girls, do you mind if we have an unexpected guest joining us tonight? I mean, I know it's a bit awkward. A different sort of person who doesn't quite fit the definition of our girlfriends' group, um—
Alya: Sure, no problem, Marinette.
Marinette: Really? Oh! Thank you! Oh, this is such a relief.
Zoé: You always care about others. That's your greatest quality. You're the best!
Marinette: Oh, stop it. You girls are the best! See ya tonight!
Zoé: Ta-da! Good news, you are officially invited to our girls movie night.
Sabrina: Thank you Zoé! You have no idea (She puts down her books, hugging Zoé) what this means to me.
Zoé: I told you Marinette was a great girl.
Sabrina: You're a great girl too...
(Still in the hug, Zoé looks at her slightly surprised, then frowns.)
Marinette: Okay, you're right, it doesn't make sense to go back and forth between the patio and the room. I'll just stay with you and watch the movie on my phone. (chuckles)
Adrien: Marinette, this thirty-seventh idea isn't going to change my mind either.
Marinette: But the girls agreed!
Adrien: No matter how you plan it, you won't really be with your girlfriends or with me. Let's just see each other tomorrow. It's no big deal. Enjoy your evening with your friends.
(He's about to lean in for a kiss on the lips, but remembering Marinette's instruction, he goes in for a kiss on her cheek instead and walks away. Just then, Sabrina hugs Marinette from behind.)
Sabrina: Thank you, Marinette!
Marinette: Uh, you're welcome?
(In Roger's police car, Sabrina enthusiastically climbs into the front passenger seat.)
Sabrina: Hurry, Dad! I've got to get my PJs, my toothbrush, my eyedrops, and toot-toot whistle! (buckles her seatbelt) I've been invited to Marinette's house tonight!
Roger: That's great news, sweetheart! You can count on your daddy to be on time.
(The car drives away. Roger turns on his light and siren as he drives Sabrina home to get her stuff.)
Rose: I just don't get the connection between these petals and Japanese cinema.
Alya: (looks at the balloon decoration saying "100") Something doesn't add up.
(Up on the balcony, Marinette uses her binoculars to look out for Adrien.)
Marinette: Ugh, still no sign of Adrien.
Alya: (peeking from the trapdoor) What's poppin', Marinette?
Marinette: Nothing! Nothing is... poppin'.
Alya: Then why aren't you with us already?
(The doorbell rings.)
Marinette: Hah! He told me he wasn't coming but he did anyway! (dives back to her bedroom then goes downstairs) Ah, he wanted to surprise me. I knew it! (tumbles her way towards the door only to see that Sabrina was the one at the door) Sabrina? Wh-What are you doing here??
Sabrina: I'm... I'm here for movie night?
Marinette: But who invited you??
Sabrina: You did.
Marinette: What? No! I invited Adrien. You didn't see him in the stairway, did you?
Sabrina: No, it's just me.
Marinette: This. Is. A DISASTER!
Sabrina: (dejected) Sorry, Marinette. I probably should go then. (about to leave but turns around one last time) Surely, something can be done.
Marinette: (frowning) Do you know how to make the Hoa Tinh star return to Jupiter another day?
(Sabrina shakes her head "no".)
Marinette: Then, no. Nothing can be done.
(Marinette closes the door, leaving Sabrina a crying mess. She sobs as she goes down the apartment. Back on the balcony, the fireworks from afar set off, with Marinette's failed plan for her special evening with Adrien.)
Sabrina: Dad, can you please come get me?
Roger: (while driving) But... weren't you supposed to be sleeping at your friend's house?
Sabrina: There's no place for me — not at Marinette's house, not at the school, not in this city! (sobs)
Roger: (angry) Don't move, sweetheart. I'm coming right now. (immediately turns the car around, hitting his light and siren as he rushes to his daughter's aid.)
Alya: Wait, wait, wait, you invited Adrien to our sleepover?
Marinette: (crying) The hundredth kiss, the fireworks, the stars — it could only happen tonight!
Alya: Without asking us??
Marinette: But I did. I told you about it earlier. You all agreed to it, but... it looks like it didn't change his mind, and now everything's ruined. (put her head down on the table)
Rose: I don't get it. If Adrien was the surprise guest, but it wasn't him at the door, then who was?
Zoé: (gasps upon realization) Sabrina!
(All the girls follow Zoé downstairs.)
Chrysalis: Hello. Forgive my intrusion, but..I sense a great deal of guilt preventing you from making friends.
Sabrina: (resists; yells) NO!! (breaks the connection with Chrysalis, rejecting her akumatization, as the ultrakuma flew back out)
Roger: I'm coming, sweetheart!
Chrysalis: Hello. Forgive my intrusion, but...I sense the pain of a father helpless in the face of his daughter’s sorrow. If you wish, I can give you the power to allow people to see your daughter the way you see her. What do you think?
Roger: I must fix this miscarriage of justice.
Chrysalis: And what should I call you?
Roger: Daddycop!
(Chrysalis closes her palm)
(Roger stands on his now transformed cruiser, making a flexing pose)
Zoé: Sabrina, come back! This is a misunderstanding!
Daddycop: You! Freeze! In the name of love, I'm arresting you for moral damage to my daughter.
Sabrina (stands up) No, Dad! It wasn't their fault!!
Daddycop: You're finally going to see my Sabrina as I see her, through the eyes of love!
(Daddycop shoots all the girls. After they got hit, they then turn around looking at Sabrina, their eyes glowing.)
All the girls: Sabrina. We love you!
Sabrina: You only love me because you were forced to! (she runs away)
(Marinette watches from her balcony, as the girls run after Sabrina.)
Marinette: (to Tikki) Oh no! This is a major disaster for real! (runs off-frame to transform) Tikki, spots on! (transforms into Ladybug)
All the girls: Sabrina, We love you!
Daddycop: (shoots everywhere) More, more love for my daughter!
(Daddycop closer-up while he keeps shooting, hitting random civilians around the park who chase after Sabrina too.)
Mr. Ramier: Sabrina!
Civilians: Sabrina!
(Sabrina runs down the road, evading the people chasing her. Sabrina runs down an alley.)
Civilians and all the girls: Sabrina, we looove you!
(Sabrina encounters a dead end in the alley. She turns to face the crowd of people who slowly inch closer to her.)
Civilians and all of the girls: Sabrina....
Sabrina: No, leave me alone!
(Suddenly, Ladybug's yoyo grabs Sabrina up out of the alley into her arms. Daddycop chases after Ladybug.)
Daddycop: (trying to shoot at Ladybug) Give me back my daughter right now!
Ladybug: Emergency evacuation service!
(Cat Noir pops up on the roof in front of Ladybug and Sabrina, shaking off civilians that were chasing him.)
Cat Noir: I feel for you. I have the same problem with my fan club.
(Daddycop appears from around the corner and shoots everywhere, causing Ladybug and Cat Noir to scramble and evade.)
Daddycop: Give her back!
Ladybug: Cat Noir! Create a diversion as I get Sabrina to safety!
Cat Noir: I love being a distraction. Power up!
(Cat Noir eats a slice of camembert and jumps off the room, transforming into Astrocat.)
(Astrocat swoops his cataclysm down onto Daddycop's police car, but Daddycop dodges the attack and shoots at Astrocat again. The two of them attack and evade each other in the sky.)
Ladybug: Sabrina Raincomprix, I am going to need Miss Hound's help.
(Sabrina takes the Dog Miraculous off and offers it back to Ladybug.)
Sabrina: Ladybug... I don't deserve that Miraculous. (Sabrina Looks away.) I'm an awful person, I'm not worthy of being part of the Miraculers... Just like I'm not worthy of having friends.
(Ladybug looks sad, but then smiles encouragingly as she pushes the Dog Miraculous back to Sabrina.)
Ladybug: Sabrina, the reason I gave you the Dog Miraculous is because I know you're a good person. You've already changed, you just can't see it yourself yet.
Sabrina: Hmm?
Ladybug: Visualize the Sabrina you've become, the one you want everyone to see.
(Sabrina smiles as the Dog Miraculous choker glows and reshapes into an orange brooch. Sabrina attaches the brooch to her crosstie and Barkk appears from out of it.)
Sabrina: Barkk, On The Hunt! (Miss Hound receives a new look)
Miss Hound: (Looks down at her new look) Oh! That's incredible!
Ladybug: You're incredible.
Daddycop: I'm enforcing the law!
Astrocat: You better get new glasses or learn how to aim, Daddycop!
(Daddycop's police car drops down under a green bridge and flies across the Seine, and flies back up into the sky. A purple butterfly mask appears over his face as Chrysalis speaks to him.)
Chrysalis: I'll take care of him if you will. Turn around.
Daddycop: But...I'll crash into him!
Chrysalis: Just trust me.
(Daddycop turns around to Astrocat, who is close behind. Chrysalis blows on top of her purple open palm, releasing a wispy, purple butterfly. The butterfly shoots out of Daddycop's butterfly mask, and hits Astrocat. The butterfly makes Astrocat detransform out of his space power up, turns his suit lighter, and causes him to fall out of the sky.)
(A purple butterfly mask appears over Daddycop's face again.)
Chrysalis: It's time for you to seize Cat Noir's Miraculous, dear Daddycop.
Cosmobug: Lucky Charm!
(Ladybug, now transformed as Cosmobug, swoops in with a Lucky Charm air mattress, catching Cat Noir and dropping him down to the ground.)
Cat Noir: Thank you, M'lady!
Cosmobug: Go recharge and then head to the Mouleux Auto Repair shop. We're gonna organize a little surprise for Daddycop.
(Swooping around, Daddycop confronts Cosmobug in the air.)
Daddycop: Where's my daughter, you outlaw?! What have you done with her?!
Cosmobug: You'll have to catch me if you wanna know!
(Cosmobug flies off, setting the trap in place, as Daddycop chases after her in the sky.)
Max: (to Kaalki) Guess this game's gonna have to wait!
Cat Noir: Woah, awesome new getup, Miss Hound!
Miss Hound: Thanks! Cosmobug is going to need us.
Ladybug: (talking through her communicator) Are you ready?
Miss Hound: In position!
(Cosmobug leads Daddycop into the heroes' trap under the Arc de Triomphe.)
Cosmobug: Now!
Pegasus: Voyage!
(Pegasus opens up a portal right where Daddycop is speeding through the Arc de Triomphe to where the three heroes are. As Cosmobug and Daddycop fly through the portal, Miss Hound throws her fetch ball at the police car that shoots right past the heroes.)
Miss Hound: Fetch!
(The ball flies up following car then teleporting it back to the three heroes)
Cat Noir: Cataclysm!
(Cat Noir cataclysms the car and the Ultrakuma releases. Daddycop falls from the sky, deakumatizing back into Lt. Raincomprix. Cosmobug catches him and lands him by the other heroes.)
Cosmobug: Retro gradation!
(Cosmobug detransforms into Ladybug again.)
Ladybug: No more evil doing for you, Ultrakuma. (spins yo-yo around) Time to de-evilize! (captures Ultrakuma; yo-yo closes) Gotcha! (releases butterfly) Bye bye, little butterfly.
[Superpower Sequences]
Ladybug: Miraculous Ladybug!
(She throws the air mattress into the air, and ladybugs shoot out from it, reverting the damage done and reversing Daddycop's mind control.)
(Ladybug pulls a magical charm from her yo-yo; red, blue and white to match Daddycop's color scheme. It glimmers. Ladybug takes Roger's hand to give him the magical charm.)
Ladybug: It's great that you want to look after your daughter's well being, Officer, but you don't have to worry anymore. Sabrina has it in her to make it on her own, Probably because she has such a great dad.
(The four heroes fistbump)
All the heroes: Pound it!
Chrysalis: Dark wings fall.
Nooroo: Are you sure this is all really necessary?
Cerise: Silence!
(Cerise snaps her fingers and Nooroo falls stiffly to the ground, silent and frozen.)
Cerise: I ordered you not to address me, kwami. (sits down and opens up a notebook that she quickly begins to write in.) Now, let's start again.
Roger: Are you sure everything's okay?
Marinette: Don't worry, Mr. Roger, sir, we'll take good care of her.
Sabrina: Have a nice evening, daddy dear.
(Sabrina hangs up)
Sabrina: Thank you again for inviting me, Marinette.
(Sabrina turns to address the girl squad, who are lounging around the window seat in their pajamas.)
Sabrina: I... want to take this time to apologize to all of you. I know I wasn't always nice to you girls, but I've changed. And if you accept me, of course, I'll be happy and proud to be your friend.
Girl squad: Awww.
Marinette: Everyone makes mistakes. Besides, you were a victim of Chloe too. You were very brave separating yourself from her. And... I too want to apologize. I've been focusing so much on my relationship with Adrien that I forgot to give my attention to the ones who really needed it. I promise I'll be more attentive from now on. Welcome, Sabrina.
(Marinette hugs Sabrina, with all of the girl squad following suit one by one. Sabrina looks at Zoé, and Zoé gives her a wink.)
(Sabrina walks in with a new outfit with a short bob and bangs. All of her friends are surprised, but encourages the new look.)
Marinette: Wow! Your new look is awesome!
Sabrina: You-you think so?
(As everyone crowds around Sabrina and raves on about her new look, Marinette and Adrien has a moment to talk alone.)
Marinette: Oh! By the way, I forgot something. (kisses Adrien) One hundred. I wanted to save it for our special evening, but in the end, I realized that we don't need a conjunction or fireworks to love each other.
(Adrien smiles, grabs Marinette's face, and kisses her.)
Adrien: One hundred and one.
(The couple laughs together)
(Zoé washing her hands in the restroom. She walks out when a tall blonde guy in a blue blazer blocks the doorway, smirking.)
Ray: What's up, Cockroach?
Zoé: (glares at Ray) Leave me alone, Ray.
Ray: What's the matter? Are you afraid I'll show your new friends who you really are?
(Zoé gasps as Ray shows her his phone that has a video of her. Zoé snatches the phone away and quickly deletes the video, shoving the phone back to Ray.)
Ray: The nice thing about the digital world is that nothing ever disappears. Just like who you were back in NYC. Right, Cockroach?
(Ray walks away laughing maniacally, leaving Zoé standing by the lockers alone and upset.)
