Camilla Hombee, also known as Victory, is a supporting character of Miraculous World: New York - United Heroez. She is the president of the United States of America.
Appearance
Physical appearance
Camilla is a dark-skinned woman. She has brown eyes and dark brown hair that is cut short and combed to the right side.
Civilian attire
She wears a black blouse under a blue jacket with a US flag pinned to her lapel. Her neck and ears are decorated with jewelry made of pearls, Camilla ties her jacket with a black belt at the waist. She also wears a blue pencil skirt with a black stripe on the front and black heels.
As Victory
Camilla's hairstyle does not change after the transformation. The super heroine's outfit is in three colors: blue, red and white, which is a reference to the flag of the United States. The back of her head, ears and neckline are covered with a blue fabric decorated with white stars. The rest of the blouse has red and white stripes in the shape of the letter "V". The inside sleeves are white and the outside are blue with white stars. The woman also wears red and white elbow-length gloves. The pants are decorated in the same tone as the sleeves of the upper garment - white inside and blue on the outside, decorated with white stars. He wears a thick red belt on his hips. The shoes are red with two white stripes, up to the knee. Victory also has a shield, which resembles the letter "V". It is blue in color with white stars, adorned at the top with two red and one white stripes.

Personality
Camilla is proud, determined, and stubborn. She is a strong leader as she handles herself professionally in front of other superheroes, but she thinks highly of her ideas and isn't always open to other people's suggestions and insights. When others prove expertise and bravery that gain her appreciation, though, Camilla listens to their advice and trusts them as allies. Due to years of experiences with villains, viewing many of them as merciless, Camilla cares most about stopping them, not bothering to ask questions on their motives or identity until afterwards. She is willing to use whatever method it takes to save the day, even if it's catastrophic, and the safety of humanity matters greatly to her.
Being the President of the United States, she handles herself in a composed, professional and stern way whilst remaining polite, being welcoming of allies and friends of America and wanting them to remain safe and happy whilst still obeying the rules she lays down. Though she was willing to use her superhero identity to secure her election, she does not abuse her presidential authority and uses it for the betterment of her people and the world, vowing to protect their freedom above all else. When under the effects of Liberation, however, she becomes tyrannical and self-aggrandising, unleashing her full military arsenal and using it to keep people oppressed.

Being the president, Camilla has skills in politics, communication and leadership.
As Victory, she carries a shield in battle and has access to a countless number of military weapons hidden in secret compartments throughout New York City.

Ladybug
Camilla is aware of Ladybug's Miraculous Ladybug, and she puts trust in the ability to revert everything to normal after using a powerful and destructive attack on the Trash Krakken. However, she sees Ladybug in an inferior light, describing her as "the superheroes' cleaning lady" and considering akumatized villains to be nowhere near as serious or dangerous as other types of villains. Additionally, though she listens to Ladybug's questions and concerns about her plan to defeating the Trash Krakken, she doesn't think them over, strongly feeling like the current plan is the one option they have. However, she believes in Ladybug as an essential role for the superheroes' success to save New York City. She shows respect towards Ladybug after Ladybug finds another solution that defeats the Trash Krakken, and she assures her that scientists will look into the unknown black substance that created the monster as she leaves.

- In "Miraculous Adventures", it's stated that Camilla revealed her secret identity to the public so that she would have a better chance of making it through the election.
- Based on her outfit, a costume decorated in the style of the American Flag, and her very prominent use of a shield, it's likely she was based on the Marvel Comics character Captain America.
- Her full name, Camilla Hombee, is an anagram of Michelle Obama, who was a First Lady of the United States.[2]
- She is the first female president of the United States compared to the real world.
