The Césaire apartment is the residence of Otis Césaire, Marlena Césaire, and their daughters.

The exterior of the apartment building is made up of brown bricks and solid tan-colored siding, with giant gray shingles on the roof. The top floor is inset from the floor(s) below it. One side of the building includes a blue square and blue vertical wavy lines on each side of the window. The larger windows have iron window accents wrapping around the bottom side, and some of the accents have brown baskets holding flowers attached to them. There is also an outside balcony with iron fencing outside of one of the doors on the top floor.

The Césaires' apartment is on one end of the top floor of the building. It consists of a living room, dining room, and kitchen in one main area, as well as four bedrooms, including Alya's room and Ella and Etta's room, and Nora's room. The walls of the main area are pale pink, and the floor is wooden. A couple sides of this area have windows, some of which have large dark red curtains, and sliding doors in the living room area open to the balcony, where there is a potted plant to one side. Another side of the area is a long wall with doors to other rooms at various points. At the kitchen end the wall extends into a hallway to the apartment's main entry door. Many decorations on the walls are images of animals, such as bugs, fish, a rhinoceros, foxes, tigers, and an elephant.

The living room includes pink, turquoise, and purple bean bag chairs, dark brown squarish sofa furniture, a flat screen television on a brown table, and a purple and tan rug with a diamond-like pattern. A wooden office desk with a computer is aligned to the backside of the large sofa. Between the office desk and the kitchen counter is a round wooden dining table with six wooden chairs. On the opposite side of the kitchen counter is a wall with multiple drawers and kitchen appliances, including an oven and a microwave oven, and the sink. A bookshelf is situated against the main area's long wall, just to the right of the door to Ella and Etta's room.

  • The animal decorations on the wall are related to Otis' job as a zookeeper and his love of animals.
    • As seen in "Sapotis", there are pictures of red foxes on the wall.
      • This is ironic due to the fact that Rena Rouge, a Fox Miraculous holder debuted in that episode.
  • A mancala board sits on the office desk.
