First of all, I'd like to say that I am not a professional critic whatsoever. I happen to be a girl who likes to critic movies/animations I watch and post it online to share my thoughts and feelings. So first of all, ofc I got pumped from the trailer. I lot of things were happening at once, Lyla, hinting of the akumatization of Marinette, so on and so forth and with that my expectations had flew off the charts. It was a bit of a disappointment. The story line, that is. Lyla was used 3 times as an antagonist and the plot goes off the same direction. She becomes angry that she's been caught on lying and she doesn't like the person who exploits her lies. Thing is, we already knew info that Hawk moth and Lyla worked together to bring Ladybug down and this episode repeated this again. I mean, the beginning since when she was misunderstood from her peers and ignored and the last bit with Adrien changing seats to sit beside Mari was pretty good. It was woefully romantic when he saw her smiling across the window. My question is, I love the plot line and all but how many times will you use Lyla as an antagonist?
