Marinette shuffled through the corridor, extremely conscious that Adrien was walking behind her. It wasn't very often that she was on time to class, let alone arriving at the same time as Adrien! As much as she wanted to slow down and talk to him, she felt herself speed up, nervously trying to keep a safe distance between them.
In her haste to get ahead of him, she tripped over her own feet and stumbled into a wall, arms and legs flailing flamboyantly. Letting out a squeak, she landed on her hands and knees, cheeks burning with embarrassment.
Adrien was beside her in an instant. "Are you okay?" He exclaimed as she buried her face in her hands.
"I'm s-sorry, I'm so clumsy..." she stuttered as she felt the weight of his arm settle around her shoulders. Looking up at him, she willed herself not to blush and began stammering, "Just walking around yo-- this place makes me nerv-- clumsy, I'm a-always clumsy..."
Adrien chuckled and gently helped her to her feet. "Come on Clumsy-Girl, let's get to class before we're late," he grinned, holding onto her arm. "Can't have you running into anything else, can we?"
Marinette stared at him for a second, momentarily even more confused than she usually was around Adrien. "Clumsy-Girl"... Cat Noir had called her that when they first met. How ironic that both the guy of her dreams and a guy who dreamed of her would use that term! As they made their way down the corridor to the classroom, Marinette decided she would think about it later... at that moment the most important thing was to concentrate on putting one foot in front of the other, and not falling for those gorgeous green eyes that now looked down on her so kindly.

"HE PUT HIS ARM AROUND ME ALYA!! AND HELD MY ARM ALL THE WAY TO CLASS! I can't think straight... are you still there? Catch me if I fall again, everything's gone hazy..." Marinette rambled as she made her way to the library with Alya, who laughed at her antics.
"Shut up girl, someone's going to hear you and find out what a psycho you are!" Alya exclaimed as they turned the corner and came upon the library door, which was closed. Marinette frowned, attempting and failing to push it open.
"Why is it closed? The library is never closed," Alya asked, annoyed. Suddenly an almighty crash was heard inside and an unearthly scream raised the hairs on the back of her neck.
"COME TO ME CAT NOIR, YOU MANGY CREATURE OF FILTH!" something screeched from inside. Marinette immediately made her excuses to leave.
